I ordered this as a gift to my sister. Customer service was brilliant and delivery was great, came with royal mail within two days! The reason I haven't given the full 5 stars is because there was a little confusion about the wording, so I'm a little disappointed but I am still happy with it. I wanted the cup to say "we love our auntie Chloe so much" but instead it says "we love our auntie so muchAuntie Chloe this much". Had there not been this confusion, (partly caused by me) I'd of been over the moon with this purchase. However, i would still recommend :)
