Fran Burgess and her partner Derek Jackson ran the Northern School of NLP in the north west of England for a decade. I love Fran's style of writing. She should be proud of the amazing job in bringing all strands of modelling together in a cohesive and constructive way. What I also like about the BBBoM is that it challenges and invites reaction and reflection as well as learning.
