Salt lamp
Lamp itself was lovely . However it only has a 2 pronged plug which is not suitable for U.K. . The free salt soap did not arrive in the package

Crea una bella atmosfera
E' arrivata nei tempi stabiliti, imballata e intatta, anche se la confezione esternamente era molto rovinata.(Ma dall'himalaya a qui ... ne ha fatta di strada)Non era presente la lampadina, poco male si trova in qualunque negozio di elettricità a pochi spicci.(Io ho preso una da 15w ma è possibile prenderla un pochino più debole o potente, importante che sia ad incandescenza)Non fa molta luce ma dona all'ambiente un bella atmosfera "vellutata" e rilassante.Inoltre è molto bella da vedere, fa una bellissima figura in soggiorno.

L'objet reçu ne correspond pas au descriptif
La lampe reçue n'est pas certifiée faite en "sel de l'Himalaya" comme stipulé sur le site du vendeur. Elle n'est toujours pas chaude après plus de 2 heures de branchement ce qui n'est pas normal. elle ne peut donc produire ses effets thérapeutiques. Je ne sais si c'est le vendeur ou Amazon qui fait défaut mais je suis très déçue.

Produit livré mais contenu non conforme au descriptif produit
La lampe est jolie produit une belle lumière mais je suis déçue car le descriptif du produit ne correspond pas au produit livré: en effet aucun certificat de garantie et pas de savon. L'avis déjà posté aurait dû m'interpeller. Je ne suis jamais déçue par les commandes chez vous sauf pour celle-ci. J'espère que vous reviendrez.vers moi afin de m'apporter une explication. Merci d'avance.
