Prior to discovering ashwagandha, I was having panic attacks daily, worrying about the future, worrying about this worrying about that, and I purchased a product by True Veda, which had a 300mg per capsule. After about a week of taking two capsules per day, my anxiety started to rise again so I tried to find a higher dose at a good price. Time Health Ashwagandha is very potent. The recommendation on teh packet is to take up to four capsules per day, but I take only one capsule in the morning. I get a mild headache after about an hour but it's bearable. My anxiety was extremely bad so much so that I didn't go out much, but this product has given me so much more confidence. The True Veda capsules I previously took had 5 percent withanolides, but Time Health Ashwagandha has 11 percent withanolides. The difference is significant. I would definitely buy again, and I highly recommend if you are an anxious person.

I have noticed it only really kicks in when I wake up early in the morning and sleep at a decent hour at night. I'm having to maintain this routine as best I can but I find it's worth it because when it kicks in the difference in my condition is like night and day (I suffered from a central nervous system disorder called M.E./CFS).This fits in with the description of the product- Ashwagandha is an adaptogen which means it regulates your endocrine system and reduces stress which works through the release of hormones ( and which is regulated via the CNS which is compromised in my condition). So what I believe is happening is that it is boosting the hormones involved with the circadian rhythm- I get a boost to my "wake up" morning hormones and a boost in the afternoon to the hormones that prepare me for sleep.Therefore, this deals with several problems in CFS/M.E. 1. Regulates the stress response which is compromised if you have CFS 2. Gives me a boost to my energy that lasts all day if I wake up early morning. 3. Helps me sleep in the afternoon. I find when it does work it stops the feeling of being "wired but tired" which is a one of the worst symptoms of CFS for me.Also a word on value for money. I compared this to other products because it looks very expensive but what I found is that you getting twice the strength in a single tablet and compared like for like it's actually very good value for money. I even compared it to iherb products which are in dollars (Doctor best KSM-66 being the best on offer) but still no savings when compared like for like which I found very surprising. Another factor was that they use pure herb and no fillers which is unusual and imo shows they're very serious about they're product.The only thing I would say is that it is double the dose of other supplements so I would start on a half dose to begin with as others have recommended.Four stars atm but I will take it to 5 if my next bag maintains the benefits.TLDR: If it's not working try it on a routine where you are waking early morning and sleeping at a reasonable time in the evening.

Fast delivery ! Good product, after 1Month of using it, i am energiz, more productive at home and at work ! , plus i'm more muscular ! I've gain muscle without change anything or do sport !

prefer the other ashwagandha then this stronger sensorial version. I've tried both now and noticed the cheaper version works better for me for some reason.

I feel these are much stronger compared to 10% withanolide ones by other brands, even though they have 1% more withanolides. Probably some other differences as well, but I couldnt apprehend additional information anyways. Good to get focus for workouts, clearing mind for difficult tasks or just relaxing. Feels very harmless and even with higher doses doesnt make you addicted or with big sideeffects.

Love this ashwagandha. Good for lots of things health wise and gives me a nice relaxed feeling..It seems to help balance things if that makes any sense.

TOO STRONG FOR ME FELT STRANGE, WILL TRY AGAIN WHEN I AM USED TO A LOWER DOSE , A FEW MONTHS ON , TRIED AGAIN, THEY DON'T SUIT ME AT ALL, HEADACHE AND FUZZINESS. TIME TO GIVE UP AND JUST TAKE A LOWER DOSE

Quality product. I have certainly felt a difference in my mood and are less tired.
