After reading this book i feel so much more prepared for college. I was intimidated thinking about college but now that i know what to expect and how to handle different situations I noticed a new found confidence in me. What felt daunting before now seems exciting! I highly recommend this book.

This is one of the most basic books I've read...definitely not for a college-bound young adult. I ended up not gifting it, when I saw that it would not have any useful info. There are far better books out there to describe what to expect in college.

This book hit on a lot of things I wish I knew before attending college.I really liked the chapter on decorating the dorms. It's not something that would normally come to mind until I'm actually in the dorm which by that time would probably be too late.Overall, a solid book if you want a running start on your college experience!

My dad bought me this book to prepare me for the weird stuff that goes on in college, and I am happy he forced me to read it! It really got me ahead.

Very basic skills and info that one needs before starting college or before getting a driver's license because if you don't know this stuff by the time your child is in the dorm then it's too late.

There's so many things to navigate when it comes to college. This book really helps breakdown what is important and how to survive College with ease. I would recommend it.

Good book, very generalized in explanation but also has some good pointers. My favorite part was the section on Roomates, I always wondered how colleges set this up. If you want some insight on the basics of college life this book is a good start.
