Great product
I am wearing a leg brace which was chaffing me. I tried using an ace bandage on my thigh but that didn't work. This compression sleeve is perfect answer. The sizing chart is accurate. It's fits snuggly and the silicone beads on the top kept it in place very well. I would buy again.

They are decent
They did stay up buy they did hurt my leg where it stuck from the rubber. I used them to cover a skin graft and they just where not comfortable. But I'm sure if used for the purpose they would work!!

Almost as good as prescription compression stocking
I wear a full length 30-40 mm Hg compression stocking for thigh edema, but that doesn't work in hot weather. This product has been by far the best thigh-length alternative, although not quite as much compression, probably no more than 20-25 mm Hg. The fabric is top quality, very breathable, and quite durable. I especially like the silicone grippers on the upper thigh and the wide soft end band at the knee, as both hold well and are very comfortable. Summer is here so time for me to reorder!

kinda worked
I bought these for post-sclero therapy, and guess it worked long enough for what I needed. I have athletic quads and felt that it kept sliding down the more I moved. The rubber at the top started to hurt and chafe after wearing it at night. I wish that the compression had been firmer, too. Maybe I bought the wrong size, I don't know. I measured my quad, and can't figure out why it hurt at the top but didn't want to stay up or provide compression throughout. Was it too big or too small? Oh well, it was cheaper than what the Dr was selling and I only needed it for 2-3 days so it sufficed.

Great compression for my torn quad.
This thigh compression sleeve is a simple pull on and off brace. I have washed and air dried it many times and it has retained its compression and has allowed me to recover from a torn quad and get back into tennis. I am 5’7” and the thigh sleeve runs from the top of my knee to right under by bum. I used it in conjunction with kenesiology tape while I still had pain. First taping my quad and then putting the sleeve on over it. Now that the pain is gone I am using only the sleeve. My coach says quad years are highly likely to happen again if you don’t fully heal, so I’m greatful to have this sleeve keeping me in the court and healing. Pay close attention to their size guidelines to get the right fit for you.

Enough support to lessen pain in my hip.
Works well to support my groin and hip pain when I get out of a chair. It is supportive, but not uncomfortable. I was able to wear all day. I even was able to sleep in it and it did not cut off my circulation. The material did not make my leg too sweaty. It stays in place and did not slide down my leg. I will order another one.

A groin-to-foot stocking was fine during the cooler fall and winter months when long ...
For several months I've been wearing a full length compression stocking as part of my treatment for a Morel Lavallee lesion on my thigh after being hit by a car. Compression is used to encourage re-attachment of the separated subcutaneous tissue and fascia. A groin-to-foot stocking was fine during the cooler fall and winter months when long pants were the constant attire but with the arrival of spring and summer warmer temperatures I wanted something that I could wear under longer shorts or pedal pusher pants so as not to be miserable in the warm/hot weather. The sleeve doesn't compress quite as tightly as the hospital grade stocking but that's not surprising. I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 primarily because the grip could be slightly better. There has been a small amount of slippage but nothing I can't live with temporarily. It covers the lesion area and that's the important thing. Personally, I think I would like it to be a little longer so that it could be pulled to just below the knee if desired. That statement is not intended as a negative comment; just a wish for my personal situation. Overall, I'm pleased with the sleeve and am glad that I ordered it!
