Pattern Name: 8 Carbon Filters + 8 SpongesThe filter works fine for my cat’s water fountain. The only issue is why does it say “replace every 4 weeks” on the box? I have one small cat and the filter is absolutely filthy in 10 days or less. This is reflected in the amount of fur and dust particles I see in the water tank as well. It’s not a big deal at all to change it almost weekly. But 4 weeks? That’s absurd to be giving your pets dirty water for that long.

This is an excellent purchase and a must-have.
We have one cat and one small dog in our home. This fountain solved the problem of constantly topping up water bowls because they would drink from eachother’s; I no longer have to worry that my cat isn’t getting enough water to drink because the dog got to it first because now there’s enough for everyone. I love that its stainless steel to prevent the rapid growth of bacteria, and it is EXTREMELY quiet. You do not hear the stream of running water. It also holds quite a bit of water, so even with two animals constantly drinking for it I only need to refill it fully at approximately 5 days-1 week. I don’t know how this would fare with a larger dog because they drink more though. But overall, this was money well spent and I’d repurchase the same model whenever this one gives out.

Fits my cat fountain perfectly
I got these as a back up for my cat water fountain. They are the perfect size it fit for it in my opinion I believe that they are high-quality materials that I could feel safe using in my cats water fountain with the manufacturer recommending replacing the filter every month, it’s a good package deal to get these because of the low price point.

Pet water fountain filters
I have a Kitty Spout water fountain and these filters are required for the fountain. I use to order the filters from KS, but it took a long time for the package to arrive at my residence. Found the same filters on Amazon and the delivery is very fast. The filters perform well.
