This is slick, especially in a pole barn. 5 minute install and bikes are up out of the way and utilizing dead space.

I installed this wall mount hitch on a cinder block wall in my garage with four heavy duty Tapcon concrete screws. It ain't goin' anywhere. It easily supports my 52lb Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack. As other reviewers have reported, the receiver (box) part of the wall mount hitch was not welded square/level on the steel mounting plate. Knowing that ahead of time, I marked the holes for the mounting screws after placing a level on the top of the receiver (box ), rather than on top of the mounting plate. My bike rack still looks slightly off kilter when it is in this wall mount hitch, but I suspect that is due, in part, to a little play between the male part of my bike rack and the female (receiver) part of the hitch mount. However, it’s not that noticeable, unless you really look at it. I could eliminate the play in the hitch and straighten my Kuat bike rack by tightening a knob on the bike rack, but I would have to loosen it every time I removed the bike rack from the wall mount hitch. I prefer to be able to just pull my bike rack out of the wall mount hitch and go. I mounted the wall mount hitch about 18 inches off the floor, so that my bike rack is at the same height as the hitch on my car. That way, there's virtually no lifting of the bike rack when moving it from the wall mount hitch to the hitch on my car.Be aware that if you plan to mount this wall mount hitch to a wood stud, you will only be able to get one of the three top screws into the stud because the two screw holes immediately beneath the top hole are farther apart than the width of a 2x stud. If you are mounting to a stud, you might be better off with a similar product that has two holes on the top with the second hole right under the top hole. If you're mounting it to a cinder block or concrete wall, you can use all the holes and the wall mount hitch will easily support a couple hundred pounds.Good price for this item. Kuat sells a similar wall mount hitch (made of aluminum) for more than 3x the cost of this one. It's prettier, but not 3x prettier. Also, the Kuat wall mount hitch can only be mounted to a wood stud, not a masonry wall.

This device holds my kuat bycicle rack in place with the bycicles on top and it does not shake or rattle. Highly recommend to use your existing bycicle rack as a wall mount to store your bycicles.

Drilled two holes perfectly vertical as verified with laser level. Went to install the mount and the square tube is way off level, even when angled as far as possible within the range of the lower slot.This is because the 2” tube is welded to the plate at >5 degrees off square. This was the case with both of the two I ordered.There’s a reason this is the cheapest model available on Amazon.

Mounts east and sturdy. I put my kuat bike rack in it and it’s great!

Will not fit a 50mm hitch. Measured it and its only 49mm wide internally. Wasted time to order it, just so I can make a trip to the post office to return it. Do not recommend this product.
