So as the title says, this is my second purchase, I have just received the XS size of waist trainer so that is a size 6-8 22-24 inch waist. I have the size S which is a size 8, but was able to wear it at the tightest/smallest rungs pretty comfortably so decided to purchase the smaller waist trainer.I am a size 8, but I'm working on getting a flatter tummy and find these help with posture and reduce bloating when wearing it and also due to the pressure sensation when wearing them I feel it restricts the amount of food you can comfortably consume.This XS size is very tight, so I had a struggle to initially get it on and to get all of the hooks together, but after some manoeuvring, huffing and puffing and a lot of breathing in I managed to get it done up. I'd suggest to put it on early when you're less bloated and start with either the top or the bottom and grasp the material tightly to be able to hook it together then once it's on you can wriggle it to where you want it to sit (this takes some effort!).Once it is on it is ok, they aren't super comfy when they are very tight, but I've had it on for about 2 hours now and have had a lunch of soup and bread and feel ok, although I couldn't eat a lot due to the tight feeling, but that's a benefit to me as I feel it stops me overeating :).These are good waist trainers, I'd advise you to get the very boned one as that's what I have and feels it works best, as the other latex one that is boned with only 4 bones is more of a workout waist trainer I feel, as it's just sucking you in rather than really supporting you. So I use that one for exercise to increase my body heat and sweat more around my middle (my problem area).For posture these are very helpful, I have whiplash and nerve damage and have suffered for 3 years now, I have chiropractor sessions and posture was something I needed to improve, and this is really helping me to sit tall and straight which helps the pain in my neck/shoulder/arm. As I have a sedentary job slouching becomes the norm when I'm at my desk but this really helps to straighten me out.Under clothes this sits ok, I find that I do get a bit of overhang in the bra area, as its pushing everything up, it's not a lot but I don't like the feel of it, but hopefully I can mask it with a thick bra strap so it is less noticeable. It also inevitably pushes your chest up, so again I find it a little uncomfortable having a bra on as my chest feels very high (this must be what its like to have a increase op!). If you position it right it will sit comfortably over the top of the pelvis bones and leave more of a smooth appearance to the hips rather that a bulge, but you may need to wiggle it around a bit! Not sure I could get away with wearing anything that was thin material that was bodycon as you'd be able to make out the outline of it.For size wise I'd be true to your dress size, and work your way down if you can. As always I know these can only help weight loss with a good diet and exercise so I plan to keep this up and have a healthy approach to diet and continue to exercise and hopefully keep sculpting a neat waist using this trainer.Good luck with your waist training!

This did exactly what I hoped. I bought the smallest size despite bring more of a 8/10. It took a good 10 minutes to mash my belly in to it- I have included a photo of the bagel sized ball of fat that was really stubborn, I had to lay down and brute force it in. Could only get to the first hooks, they must be incredibly durable because I am definitely just outside the upper recommended size and they did not shift at all. The material is strong and rubbery with a lot of steel bones. It made my figure so much slimmer and gave me my waist back (temporarily). I wore it for around 6 hours. I have left a photo of how it marks the skin. It actually looks pretty good as a "waspie" corset but I put some high waisted nude control pants over. Just bear in mind back fat has to go somewhere so you will get some rolls appear at the top and under armpits but easily hidden. Super happy with the purchase, I felt so much more confident wearing it. I probably should just buy clothes that fit my post baby body but this lets me shoehorn myself into slinky clothes that would look horrid if my belly was free to bulge and wobble unrestricted.

Having used waist trainers in the past with successful results, decided it was time to train that waist again.Came across this brand and noticed there was two choices 4 bone or 25. Previously used 4 bone but thought 25 bone should give extra support in all areas I want to train.Package arrived promptly and the material is as described soft with breathable holes. I inspected the trainer and all was intact. I ordered a XXL as recommended for size 14/16. Be advised it will not be the shape that you see in the advert.The thing to know about waist trainers is if you have never worn one before putting it on for the first time is a little struggle but as you hook up it gets easier and you will find a way that works for you. I always start with the first hook at the bottom and then work upwards. Once all hooks are done up you can adjust the trainer to sit comfortably at your waist.I hooked mine up on the 1st outside row, as your waist changes you move down a row until you are at the last row. The 1st row I found was not giving me the desired fit or look that I should have. I also did not feel the restriction. I moved to the 2nd row and was able to hook up. This felt supportive and I could see a difference in my waist. The pictures shown is whrn hooked up on 2nd row. I was able to do my belt up a little tighter.You will notice that your breast appear to sit higher this is because everything is been squeezed upwards. I recommend putting bra on before putting on waist trainer.I wore this with a thin vest to absorb any sweat to stop that horrible feeling on my skin. Had this on for the day while doing household stuff & shopping.On taking this off there is a sense of relief as if you just exhaled but knowing the reason I am wearing it I will persevere. You will notice imprint on your skin from the bones but nothing to worry about.If you wear this for a few hours or the day you will find that if you eat or drink while wearing you will feel fuller quicker. Would recommend not to force yourself once you get that feeling of fullness as you may feel sick and very uncomfortable. Wearing a waist trainer can help you eat smaller amounts without restrictions on what your eating if you are wanting to lose weight.Looking forward to starting my journey of waist training and weight loss wearing this everyday and seeing the results.I can see I will need a size down very soon , maybe the seller will gift me one😅.

Hay que cogerse 2 tallas menos para que presione normal en el último enganche (luego según vayas adelgazando tienes dos enganches más)Mantiene la parte lumbar recta que es uno de los motivos por los que la he comprado y al sentarte no se enrolla ya que lleva ballenas muy resistente.El artículo es espectacular. Je porte du M, j’ai commandé M mais j’ai reçu du S! Fort heureusement c’est parfait pour moi! La gaine est très confortable! À vrai dire étant hypersensible des vêtements la gaine est une torture et on a tendance à pas être assidue! Mais celle ci la matière est topissime, foncez les yeux fermé mais surtout prendre une taille en dessous!

Sehr toll. Leider passte ich da nicht rein. Weill ich die falsche Größe bestellt habe. 2 mal falsch bestellt sogar. Ich wollte eine weitere Größe bestellen. Aber leider paste der Zeitraum bis zur meine Veranstaltung nicht ums neue zu bestellen. Bei der nächsten Veranstaltung weiss ich zumindest welche größe ich bestellen muss. Ansonsten Super Qualität und schnelle Versand

Dit is geen rommel. Zit erg lekker. Zakt niet af. Krult niet op. Ik zal deze nog eens kopen als ik dunner ben. Heel mooi. Ik bestelde huidskleur maar ik kreeg zwart.. voor mij geen probleem.
