High quality coconut oil
I use a lot of coconut oil, and love the taste, it just seems to lift everything you add to it. This stuff is extremely high quality with a good deep, robust flavour. As odd as this sounds, coconut oil just seems to go so well with seaweed and sea flavours. I use coconut oil to make laverbread instead of using dripping. A little weird for some (it was to me when I first tried) but if you like the taste of seaweed, add coconut oil to it somehow. I also make seaweed patties. I add seaweed (usually whatever edible stuff I forage from the beach or dried bought wakame), oats, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, pinch of sugar and water, mixed until you can form patties with it. Then fry each side until crisp. Tasty, filling, nutritious and cheap. You can use this coconut oil for anything you would use butter or shortening for, it will work just as well in most things, and perhaps make it taste even better. You can use it to replace oil as well. I also use this as a ghee on my curries, delicious! I add a small dollop to my dahl and it makes a simple meal quite luxurious.Oh and it also makes a great moisturizer.

great product
I suffer from dry & itchy skin so i have been using this product for years. Recently became a mother and my newborn skin is on the dry side as well. This coconut oil leaves it moisturised and nourished. It is a great alternative for nappy cream or baby lotion as it is fragrance free & free of nasty ingredients.

This is great!
This product is brilliant. I use it for cooking, as a skin moisturiser and as a conditioner for my dry hair. I origianlly brought this in the 200g jar just to try it out, love it so then brought it in the bigger 400g jar which I'm still using. I've now noticed that it's now available in the 800g so next time I will be buying that one. Very happy with the delivery and the quality of this product and this make suits all my uses for coconut oil brilliantly :-)

My fav
Nice consistency and taste, but the odourless mistakenly but it’s not bad . I prefer the real deal for that nutty flavour, good for test and good source of healthy fats. I hear it’s good for skin too but I won’t waste on that. Also can gaggle with for gum disease and tooth health.

Excellent nutritional source for cooking and body
Initially purchased for oil pulling, the taste is refreshing and melts away quickly making oil pulling quick and easy. A spoonful each morning to swish around and I noticed how my gums were healthier and teeth whiter. This brand makes this morning routine a luxury. If oil pulling, Remember not to swallow or spit out into sinks, as will block. I've tried using it in cooking but I tend to burn food, and raw organic coconut oil does not have a high smoke point, possibly harmful to the body. Although excellent for casseroles, baking and those non-bake energy bars, along with keeping the skin deeply moisturised. This brand is always on my wish-list.

I love my biona
It's really nice and mild. Taste and smell like it should - GOOD(so nothing like that sweet 'coconut' products you can smell on everyone in the summer or like disgusting desiccated coconut smell and taste-no offense to desiccated coconut lovers 😇)I always have 2 jars at home. One lives in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. Biona's raw coconut is a base for lots of things in my household and everybody kind of used to the faint smell of coconut here and there 🤣

Lid raised, indicating seal broken and no popping sound when I open, confirming broken seal
The lid was raised, indicating the seal had been broken. I bought for tooth pulling so will still use as technically I won't be ingesting and will be rinsing my mouth out after use. Nonetheless, very disappoint in the product.

Nutritious ? delicious for cooking and luxurious for skin care.
For cooking I would recommend this particular brand of organic coconut oil. Being cold pressed Raw Virgin oil, it keeps most of the nutritional benefits. I use it raw in my breakfast shakes, and for some of my cooking. It tastes delicious. For body care :-) this also doubles up as a skin rescue / beauty product. I use it to moisturize my face, lips and eyes, on the ends of my hair, plus my elbows, heels and hands - especially after gardening. I have noticed its very good for keeping my nails supple and my lips soft.
