Good value
These sliders are very good I bought them to move furniture around having previously borrowed a set. they make moving heavy furniture effortless, highly recommended.

They work!
The Milly coffee machine is a bit of a beast when trying to slide it about. Refilling water tank or using descale tablets requires the machine to be turned slightly. Just a victim of circumstance as our kitchen doesn't really lend itself to top loading machines. Still; I love my coffee and so I bought the sliders and they are the Bees Knees! I bought the 70mm whereas the 50mm would probably have done but, no complaints.

Saved the carpet from damage
I ordered just a few of these at first just to try them, then ordered a load more once I had. I've used them on some leather reclining furniture that is pretty heavy and only comes with tiny little feet that were squashing into the carpet with enormous pressure and moving even the chair couldn't be done without two people. These things spread the load nicely and just leave a large imprint on the carpet that easily pops back with a vacuum, but more importantly one person can easily slide the furniture around to actually vacuum. It takes a little bit of a shove to get them going because they have sunk into the carpet a bit but slide easily after. They are like small plastic dishes with a foam pad on top. The existing furniture feet sink into the foam which so far has done a good job of preventing the sliders from sliding out of position. The existing feet on my furniture were pretty small so they pressed right into the centre of the foam pad firmly but I can't say whether they would hold as well if the existing feet were larger or more curved.

Bargain furniture sliders
These were very reasonably priced and P&P was free. They were despatched quickly so the service was good. I wanted them to fit under an armchair which doesn't have castors but which was being moved all the time so that we could watch the tv. The feet on the chair are actually bigger than the sliders (my fault for not checking) but nevertheless the sliders still enable us to move the chair much more easily than before. Also the chair is not making such deep indents in the carpet. All in all I was quite happy with them. Obviously they will work even more effectively if they cover the feet of the furniture item completely. Still a baragin!

Take care over size
These were a cheaper option to help move a heavy dining table; although the packing (& online info) shows large items - like a sofa & wardrobe - being easily moved with these sliders, when I put them squarely under each table leg, and pulled the table away from the wall, the table legs simply slid off the sliders back on to the carpet!! If the legs had been more spindly, so that they fitted entirely inside the plastic base of the slider, the weight of the table would have pressed down into the dark compressed foam area but as the legs sat on top, they weren't secured inside the outer shell. I've fixed this by gluing a slider to the under side of each table leg & - so far - this seems to be successful. At least the legs stay in contact with the slider, which then glides across the carpet (if you exercise a degree of patience, and slowly & smoothly pull the table.)
