This is first and foremost a flavour sauce. It's absolutely magnificent; among the best I have ever had. It's got no chemical aftertaste, and it doesn't have the perfumey tang of chillies like scotch bonnet, which I personally can't abide.And, OK, it is certainly hot, but it's not nearly has as hot as the sauces with matcho names that include words like "bomb" "insane" or "death". Of course, it does use a chilli called the reaper - but it does so expertly - the sauce isn't trying to be the hottest sauce in the world, it's trying to be the nicest sauce that makes use of the flavour of that chilli. And it really succeeds.In terms of actual heat... somewhat subjective, but In my opinion, it's probably about 10 times as hot as sriracha or maybe 3-4 times as hot as tabasco. If you don't do hot sauce, it's going to be a LOT to handle. If you're a big spice fan, well, it can catch you unawares, but you're not going to blow the roof off a bowl of chilli with three drops of the stuff.My recommendation; eat with barbecued burgers, don't be afraid to use quite a bit of the sauce, and then throw in a slice of soft cheese like camembert to round out the flavour and take a little of the sting out of the sauce.

I have to admit I was kind of iffy when it came to buying a brand I never had before especially with the price tag that came with it, after reading the overwhelmingly good reviews I decided to take the plunge as my partner does enjoy spicy food. It was everything I had read and more, he enjoys the taste and says he only needs five or six drops on things like burgers to get the spice.

I can't say I've tried it myself - not being a fan of heat - but I serve it in my café on my Carne El Diablo Burger. All my customers appreciate the taste and the ferocious heat of this hot sauce!

One of the nicest hot sauces I've tried. Lovely, fruity flavour (not just 'heat for the sake of it'), but also nice and spicy. Everything you want in a hot sauce.

Recieved today 8th September. Bottle volume is 150ml which i think should be included in the description. Tried it, Very hot sauce !! Glad i brought it as a gift for my father in law.

This is a great tasting sauce but...IT really isnt hot for a chilli head at all. Its only 21٪ chillis, so if someone says reaper it should be hot and it isnt .Yep seriouslyIt aint HOT
