It fits in the drawer and despite not being and exact fit there is no sliding around inside the drawer. The cutlery doesn't slide around in the tray. An excellent product.

Now its not chaos getting cutlery out my draw.
Knives, forks, spoons, baby spoons? it organises all. Also has grippy things so your forks don't slide out and stab you when you fling the draw open which is nice. Not sure how easy it'll be to clean.
