Refurbished Product sold as new
This is the second time I've purchased a laptop from this vendor. The first time, I received a laptop with no supporting drivers and had an altered copy of Windows 10 installed. Even the trackpad and USB ports weren't working because the installed version of Windows doesn't support any legitimate drivers. I returned the product and purchased another one hoping for the best. However, received the exact same type of laptop again with the alerted version of Windows 10 with no driver support and a BIOS lock.I would strongly recommend buying it from another vendor.
