Did the job for what I needed. If you have a very narrow channel to mount your video doorbell, I recommend this product. I have a much better view of everyone that walks up to my front door. I’m not quite sold on the security of the doorbell, I would like to see a modification in order to provide better security for the doorbell but I still think highly of this product.

Super easy to install. If I can do it anyone can!

Since my brick molding is too narrow I had originally planned to make a riser out of wood but I got to looking at alternatives and decided to give this a shot.This works perfectly and was easier than crafting something out of wood, I could always tilt it up or down using a shim but was able to get a satisfactory view without any shiming.The plastic on this is about an 1/8in thick and sturdy, the locking screws once tightened hold it in place fine, the included foam shims for the inside are made well, I used 2 of them to wedge my Ring 2nd generation camera in nice and snug and still have extra foam shims left.The only modification I made was to swap out the 2 screws that hold the cap on with 2 security screws.

My Ring fit comfortably in it and it is sturdy, easy to adjust and it protects my doorbell.
