Battery/Charger Defective x 2
Received 2 of these both with same issue - battery not charging , possibly issue with charger or defective battery.out of box - Both unfortunately had to be returned but service from Amazon was good considering (Using Evri for returns tho could do with rethinking)

Missing mouse and mouse pad
Laptop looks nice but it was delivered without the mouse and mouse pad which is meant to be part of the package deal. Difficult to get hold of support to fix this issue

Brilliant notebook
Great for portable computer as long as you have access to mains power you can be up and typing straight away .... gaming side not tested fully but everything seems to run fast and smooth that I have tested

Crap item and crap return process
Arrived in an amazon box. The original computer box had been already opened as the seal tape was reapplied on top of the original. The battery was faulty and did not charge at all. I had to cover the return postage which was never refunded. The seller claims that will refund the postage up to nearly £5, which is a laugh as the cheapest trackable option is around £10! And I've checked with most of the courier/delivery companies.I asked for the replacement when the seller still had this computer marked as available but I was only offered a refund.Not recommend at all.Crappiest shopping experience ever 😠

Defective Battery
Seemed fine at first. Until it was unplugged and I realised the battery was defective and wouldn't hold a charge. Would only work when plugged in. Had to send it back. Looking at the other reviews this seems to be a common flaw with this laptop. Shame really as it seemed quite good.

Could be better
Battery doesnt charge should be checked before shipment, apart from that not so bad. Was given a replacement and had the same problem sent back for full refund.

Best in price gaming laptop
I have this Medion budget laptop already for 10 months. Great for gaming. I played already Doom Eternal and warframe with no problems. Only negative is the loud sound ventilation sometimes vit you can adjust it and maybe just 3 hours playtime without charging cable. Comes together with a great mouse pad and pretty good wired mouse what is better then my razer death adder. I understand that many buyers compare more with acer and lenovo for budget laptops, however is better then my pc.And Medion is top.
