Sony NPBX1.CE Rechargeable Camera Battery - White (Packaging may vary)

Great delivery and battery perfect for my Sony RX100 VII. No problem whatsoever.

I have had 'fake' and also tried 3rd party 'equivalent' batteries in the hope of saving a few pounds but I quickly learnt this was false economy.Having had a fake battery explode whilst charging, and finding 3rd party ones quickly lost their maximum storage capacity, I then vowed to only buy Sony original ones, and in that respect I buy from only from Amazon themselves, never a 3rd party shop on Amazon, I personally won't take the risk.These batteries go into cameras etc costing £300-£400+, why risk damaging items costing that much money with 'risky' batteries ?Sony batteries DO have regulators and protection circuits in them to prevent damage to the battery and the equipment they are put into, something fake and 3rd party ones don't do, to save money, that is why they are cheap, along with not using top quality components in them !I still have original Sony batteries (came with the equipment) that are 15 years old and still charge to 99% capacity, and also bought 3rd party equivalent that charge to only 90% after 6 months of use !As they say, but cheap, buy twice !These original batteries are well worth the money in the long run.

How do they make it so small! Clips on belt or carried in pocket.

Nice quality, but the capacity isn't great due to the size. These batteries fit a number of devices, so your mileage may vary of course though I think Sony may have the size/capacity trade off a bit out of balance in some cases.I have a few and they hold their charge well and also seem to take a good number of charge cycles without degrading. You also get a little case to keep in to stop it shorting in your bag.If you've got an expensive camera my view is that it's not really worth cutting corners on the battery; I've read stories of after-market copies burning and warping so better safe than sorry IMHO. This is especially true if you have one of the RX1 models or similar as they are very expensive cameras.So, decent build quality and smart management to keep them working, just limited by size.

I got this battery for my Sony camera, as it is the original one for the camera. It is working perfectly.I've had cheaper battery's in the passed, for other cameras I have. But tend not to hold there charge. So I recommend this battery if it's the one for your camera.

Bought this battery for my Sony R101

I ordered this battery on 12th Sept and received it on 14th Sept. Great and fast delivery service.The battery is definitely genuine as it has the green hologram on the opposite end to the contacts.The hologram shows the word SONY, a big bold capital R which morphs to a bold capital L both of which have the word 'Genuine' within them if you look with a magnifier, and 2 rows of 7 mixed numbers and text. These all change with the angle you hold the battery at with respect to the light source.

Genuine Sony battery with the hologram and whole 9 yards. Never had any issues I've been running this on a Sony Rx100 iv and never had any issues, although to mention they are pricier and I have used some after market batteries from amazon which are a hell of a lot cheaper and have had the same performance.
