Cautiously Optimistic.
First impressions weren't so good. The pan arrived with the lid and handle needing to be assembled, not a big deal in itself however two problems. The instructions diagram was a waste of time, can't tell where the little bits go from that. Not too hard to work out though. But, and it's a Jo Brand sized butt, the handle came without the metal bit so was impossible to attach. Not really fancying sending it back,i experimented and luckily i hadn't yet thrown out my old pan and i managed to screw that on instead. It's not exactly perfect, a tiny gapand not 100% straight but it will do the job. Overall it doesn't seem like a premium product, though obviously the bit missing probablyinfluences that feeling. It's not as sturdy as i expected, though slightly heavier than my old pan, but the actually coating doeslook quite strong. First two tries cooking quarterpounder burgers have been really good, i did use a tiny amount of oil but i reckon itwould have been fine without any at all. It doesn't look like much would ever stick to it, eggs possibly but i haven't tried those yet.Early feeling is it's a solid buy, if let down by the cheapness feel to the packaging, instructions and missing part!

Great pan, high quality coating although handle isn't heatproof
Pros:Non-stick coating is excellent and the pan is extremely easy to clean.Pan is sufficiently large enough for most meals (at least 80% of the time)Nice thick metal baseCons:Handle isn't heat proof so can't put ti in the ovenThe pan lid doesn't balance on upside down (small issue but a pain when the lid is full of cooking liquid!)Has to be assembled using a screwdriver, quite fiddlyLid is a cheaper construction than the pan

What I did not like was having to assemble the handle and lid section ...
the item itself is of a reasonable standard. What I did not like was having to assemble the handle and lid section which was not easy as the instructions are not of a good standard. It is extremely difficult to fix the handle section as the screw and washer are very small and fit into an awkward small space.I also did not like the way the item was package, just the box the item is issued with,no external packaging at all .totally inappropriate for postal use, very disappointing

Perfect!
As a born again sceptic I'm loathed to give five stars but this frying pan is perfect, cooking with the lid on really ensures afast, efficient performance. Just let it cool down before washing it up and all will be good.....enjoy!

Stonewell 24cm pan.
First impression was that the pan is too thin and light, and I was going to return it. Other users replied to my query about this and I was satisfied I had the genuine pan and decided to keep it. So far so good, but too soon to assess durability. It has a much narrower "lip" or flange around the rim than my other pans, which gives them a thicker look, but it is still much lighter than them. The handle attaches to a weak looking mounting which others reviews have condemned. Lastly I was surprised that it is Chinese made.

great pan
i did have a ceramacore pan, the ones supposedly scratch proof and non stick.the less than a micron covering came off in a few uses rendering the pan useless, so i bought a stonewell pan... best pan i ever bought.. i love it.

How did I manage without one of these?
Superb, wish I had bought one of these earlier. First use was to make pancakes on Shrove Tuesday, quick wipe round with a very small amount of oil, which is all it seems to need for anything. Fried eggs seem to taste better, and keep a nice soft yolk when turned over. Cleaning just involves a quick wipe with kitchen roll.
