Good home tummy-tightening exercises at home, its small size makes it easy to store away. Great for beginners, those who don't go to the gym (or those who generally hate exercising). Box looks ancient but is a good piece of kit. It does what it says on the box and great for the price. The spring is just right - not too loose nor stiff.

I had one of these15 years ago and gave it to someone and never got it back. The modern ones are nowhere near as sturdy and the plastics are flimsy, but it does the job never-the-less. Bonus is it has several exercises on the box for you to try out.

A very simple but sturdy bit of kit and if you use it as instructed you will see results.

I bought this as I'm training for an event. Overall it works well however one of the footstraps snapped within 5 minutes of me using it. I contacted amazon and they were brilliant. The product is still usable and I simply don't have the time to be sending things back for a refund just to buy and wait for the same or similar product, so amazon agreed and processed a full refund. Overall, I wouldn't recommend as it is quite flimsy around the foot straps but if your careful and use it properly and safely it does the job.

I use it wearing my Crocs, i don't even put my feet through the straps, i just stand on the foot area!

This is grossly uncomfortable. The handle is too small and hurts when pulling with it. The feet holds are too small and close together. The spring is shoddy. This should retail at £3 as it is so cheaply made. It gave me tingling in my hands and arms after only a few minutes use. AVOID!

Having read other reviews, which documented sudden and dramatic failures of this item, I was not I suppose expecting that much. Each time I use it, I am expecting something to snap - but so far, my anxieties are unwarranted. This is one of those simple bits of kit which does what it says on the tin - an inexpensive way of doing a limited number of tummy-tightening exercises. I think it works, and that it is good for the price, provided it lasts longer than a few weeks.

A sturdy little thing that's easy to use.A first I felt I was cheating doing sit ups with this but soon realised with out it I wouldn't even be trying to.With 4 good exercises shown on the box I'd say it's a good addition for home axercise and good value for money.
