Problem with noise throw wall.
Need to sound prof one wall in my bedroom as can hear tv and ppl talking throw the wall that live next door to me have put up sound prof plasterboard and replastered the wall and can still hear the noise would these silent panels sort the problem if anyone can help plz thanks

Need more than just one
Easy to stick on but you need to cover the ENTIRE wall with several of these for it to actually make a difference. Foam is as thick as advertised
