Good price especially for what you get
I haven't used it yet but just from looking at it it looks very nice for the price. It says 20,000 lbs to 30,000 and the average truck/ car weighs probably less than 6,000 I wouldn't think I should have a problem pulling people out of the snow. 15 ft seems like a good length I like how the metal connectors are removable. Overall seems very good for the price. I like that it also comes in a bag with gloves. Very convenient!

ATV shackles
Nice color, comes with the bag, shackles and gloves. The shackles are the ATV size not the bigger 4x4 truck size. The smaller shackles are good for passing through a tow chain to get the length you want. I used the shackles this way to chain wrap and pull some stumps.
