These are by far and away the best insoles I have ever been fortunate enough to use
These are by far and away the best insoles I have ever been fortunate enough to use. They are durable, fit true to size and have just the right amount of support versus comfort. For anyone that finds certain insoles too hard and painful in the arch I strongly recommend these. They seem to have a good length to the arch and support which I suspect helps if you are a larger size.I have them in nearly all my footwear now and will be buying more. They seem to be the best compromise of all the available similar types on the market. They do not weigh a great deal and do not make my shoes feel too tight.Another bonus was not having to cut them at all to fit a size 10 for in my shoes😃👍 not to mention helping dramatically with my foot pain.

Excellent arch support - better than the podiatrists' insoles
These are excellent, comfortable insoles. I have had to wear support insoles for years due to fallen arches and overpronation, I used to buy ones from my podiatrist but honestly, these ones are better! And better value, too. Sturdy without being too stiff or hard on the feet, they're clearly decent quality so hopefully should last well. The only thing I would say is that they come up a little large, I take a UK size 4 - 4.5 but found the size recommended for my feet was too big, so that when I cut them to size the arch support didn't sit in quite the right place. I have just bought the next size down and they're perfect. Definitely will be buying more!

Amazing
Update June 2020: Still using them (since Jan 2017) in most of my shoes and have had no symptoms of plantar fasciitis for 2+ years now. If they ever stop making or selling these I will be devestated.Original review: These insoles have changed my life. I genuinely can not believe the difference something so cheap and simple has made. I have high arches and severe plantar fasciitis that leaves me in agony throughout the day and hobbling first(or at any point in the day in which I have taken weight off my foot for more than 1 minute) thing in the morning unable to put weight on my foot for a considerable time. I work 13 hour shifts on my feet so the pain becomes pretty intense. I bought these insoles for my work shoes and after one shift I noticed a huge difference. I can walk all shift with nothing more than the normal achey tired feet that everyone has after a long day on their feet. I am genuinely ao impressed with this product I have ordered more pairs to put into all my shoes.I have previously wasted loads of money on more expensive insoles, supports, arch supports etc and nothing made much of a difference. You need to wear the insoles in both shoes and I must say it feels strange on the foot without plantar fasciitis but its worth it.My life really has changed, no more pain at work, minimal to no hobbling in the morning, no more hobbling at work (which was very embarrassing). I hope they never stop selling them.

Easy to use, comfortable.
So far so good. They were easy to cut down to size, using my dressings scissors. I bought M 7-8.5 for a size 8, women's trainer. There are small guidelines at the toe end, I took the insoles out of the trainers and measured them up against these insoles, the first line was exactly at the point the trainer insoles reached, very convenient. These are fairly firm and twisting in opposite directions from the midpoint to the heel did not allow for much rotation, they are quite stable - this is a good thing!Poron (the material these are made from) is designed to decelerate and cushion. I'm hoping they give me some comfort across my metatarsal heads and support my arches. A first quick walk around shows them to be comfortable but I will edit this with further use.

reasonably priced and sort of supportive insoles
nice pair of everyday insoles, would recommend instead of poor quality insoles which often come with cheaper footwear. These will give the cheaper footwear an upgrade. They are of a medium thickness, so make sure you have enough room inside the shoes. They feel quite rigid but have enough flexibility to make them comfy. In terms of arch support, i didn't feel they were strong enough to support my low arches fully, initially they caused some minor aches and pains but that disappeared after a few days of use. The breaking in period can be uncomfortable for few days, just wear them on and off for the first few days. Overall a good pair of comfortable and kind of supportive insoles for a very reasonable price.
