Great product and service
This has really helped alleviate pain in my heel and achilles. Fits footwear snugly (9-9.5) and very comfortable. Also service was very good as initially the wrong size was sent in error and the supplier addressed this and sent the correct size straight as priority.I've since ordered another pair for other shoes after trying alternatives, and nothing else has been as good on quality, effectiveness or price.

Worked well for me... and at low cost
I had a full knee relacement in Feb 2018 during which my lower leg was also straightened. Recovery went well until I started to get pain down the outside of the knee and in my shins and ankle. Eventually the physio suggested that my ankle had graduallybeen bent over by years of counteracting the arthritic knee.He suggested seeing a podiatrist to get an insole for my shoe. This would support the arch in my foot which had flattened out. The problem was that it would take a long time to get an appointment with an NHS podiatriest. So, in the meantime he suggested I could try try an off the shelf insole from the internet. There and then, he located the " Pro11 3/4 length Slim Fit" on screen. From the first use of the product, the pain stopped. I was so pleased that I actually thought that I should see a private podiatrist and get a custom-made and more susbstantial insole. That whole exercise cost me over £400... and I have since thrown the custom-made insoles in the bin and returned to using the " Pro11 3/4 length Slim Fit".I wish I had used the "Pro11 3/4 length Slim Fit" for longer before seeing the podiatrist because I would have been able to discuss things more knowledgeably. For example, a 3/4 length insole means that it is slim and fits easily into normal shoes. It can also be easily transferred when you change shoes. It fits every shoe that I've got from trainers to carpet slippers.By contrast, the Podiatrist insole was full length, thick and could not be used in ANY of my shoes because it raised my foot so high that my foot kept slipping out. Transferring between shoes was cumbesrome. The podiatrist suggested buying different shoes and possibly ripping out the shoes fixed insole. At no time did he suggest a 3/4 length option or an off the peg solution. So, I actually wasted my £400... and I have returned to using the "Pro11 3/4 length Slim Fit". I am doing ok. It is not as durable or longlasting as the podiatrist insole but, for the same money, I can buy over 80 "Pro11 3/4 length Slim Fits" to match the 18 month lifespan of the podaitrist version!!!!Now, I will see my doctor and, hopefully, join the queue to see an NHS podiatrist. In the meantime, I will carry on using the Pro11 3/4 length Slim Fit".I am not saying that it will work for everyone. All I can say is that it worked for me. However, at less than a "fiver", you have the chance to "test the water" without breaking the bank. If nothing else it will give you some experience of insoles before seeing your doctor or podiatrist.

Effective and comfortable
Have used in these insoles regularly for many months and they're structurally still as good as new. Insoles were bought to help treat plantar fasciitis. As symptoms and pain have now completely gone, perhaps this is due in large part to these insoles? I am continuing to use the insoles as a preventative measure to avoid a recurrence of the PF.

A Massive Relief!
Excellent product. Noticed a difference straight away, the severe pain in my heel subsided drastically. Ordered two more pairs for my wife who has foot problems. Speedy delivery, one day before estimated, that's what I like to see. I would highly recommend this seller.

Working for me!
After just 48hrs of using I've gone from limping in pain for the first 30-40 minutes of my day to having a bit of an ache when I first get up. Fingers crossed the improvement continues. They took a little getting used to. Felt slightly alien on the first day. Like my sock had slipped and balled up. On day two my heel ached all day. A result of being realigned I think. Very, Very happy. Will be buying a set for all of my shoes if this continues. At £4.99 a pair they are much cheaper than anything available from Boots or Superdrug.UPDATEAfter a week of wear I got it into my head that if these £4.99 insoles were this good then something like the £19.99 Walkfit insoles would be fantastic. Wrong! For my particular problem, these are the best I've tried. Everyone's feet and needs will be different but these work well for me. Have ordered 3 more pairs.

Surprisingly happy with this purchase!
So I just received this product today!I took them out of the bag and looked at them. They are made of a rigid foam and looked to me like they won't do anything, but boy was I wrong.I put them on the floor and stood on them. To my surprise they had corrected the over pronation problem that I have had since a serious injury I suffered 2 years ago playing basketball. They also lifted my arch. So I put them into my shoes and wore them for the whole day. By night time the swelling on the lateral side of my ankle had reduced. Now I am sitting here asking myself how long these things are going to last.... A question that I can't answer right now..So overall the positives are:They lifted my arch and corrected my pronation. This led to reduced swelling.Negatives:They move around the shoes because they are 3/4 length. They could manufacture these with a sticky bottom material or you could simply use double sided tape or Velcro.Unknown:is how long they would last. They don't look extremely durable, but who knows.

Working well for husband's feet!
Bought these for my husband as he has plantars fasciitis and combined these with the fit nation socks. He has these in his travel boots as he has to change shoes within work for hygiene reasons. But they make the walk to and from work more comfortable. Plus giving support and correcting his foot posture, I've also had to buy similar products for my son and both have benefited from them. Thank you.
