Surprisingly enough, my 12 year old found it amazingly comfortable. Due to the fact that it didn't look like it had expanded that much, however it was enough to keep her off the floor and very comfortable. As an adult it was fine for me in the lounge, however in the wild, found it difficult to stop sliding off. Great for slight adults or kids. Easy to put up and get down again.

Developed a leak soon after first use but I choose to keep it as I actually prefer it partly inflated anyway as it's easier to sleep on and dimensions are greater compared to full blown up. Reading the number of reviews that mention punctures I can't recommend this product but to be fair at the price it's not surprising, hardly top quality stuff.

I bought this for my daughter for a school camping trip. On arrival we unrolled it and it took ages to inflate which was to be expected given that it had been stored rolled up. However, after an hour or so it was still pretty uninflated so I manually blew some air into it which worked. We then left the mattress fully inflated until the school trip. My daughter was away for two nights and in that time the mattress pulled apart in one of the sections and although it would be possible to repair the resulting hole with the patches supplied it this doesn't solve the problem of the damaged section. The returns window for the item is now closed but it wasn't used during the period when I could have returned it so I am not very pleased as she now has another camping trip with Guides and I am going to have to invest in another camping mat. For £35 is is a lot of money for something that broke on first use and isn't fixable.

Easy to inflate and good quality. The self inflate function doesn't inflate that much so I tend to blow the rest in myself which takes about 5 puffs in breath so it's not too bad.

Warmer than an airbed and does inflate. But it's not very wide. I'm not huge but it's only just shoulder width. Arms overhang, as do feet (I am 6 ft). Would suit a child.

Really pleased with this product. Bought it for camping on Barra in strong winds.The product inflated quickly and easily and was comfortable to sleep in. It was easy to deflate and pack away quickly too.The product was also delivered within 24 hours. Thanks for a great service.

So on advice from question asked. I blew this up myself as the self inflation was very poor. I didn't even get to lay down on it ( was getting on) AND IT BURST. Quite a large blow out too. Have found a proper air bed with battery pump for over half the price of this so have ordered that. Most unhappy. Photos very very very misleading. If you fill this to what the photo shows, it will blow. No good and at £38 I think it's a rip off. Buy a proper air bed. This is a small bit of padding with a insignificant amount of air it can take without bursting. Don't buy. 0 stars from me. Have to add a star as you can't review without one but that is the only reason for adding it. Sending it back for refund
