Is it heavy metals tested?

I’ve had it in a shake while listening to Metallica and it seemed fine

This product says it has over 5g Glutamic Acid and yet claims it is gluten free. Please explain the contradiction.

So this Soya Protein powder is safe to use. I am using everyday and I get more protein this way I need as a vegetarian.
