Great product
We purchased this with the washing line. The design is great and easy to fit. Looks great too. Would defiantly recommend it .

Meine Empfehlung.

Fantastic Cover
Fantastic stainless steel cover for the WallFix dryer. Yes, its expensive but, unlike other the views of a number of other reviewers, we've actually found it to be very well made, and we have no issue with its operation. It is very important that you follow the installation instructions, as its easy to incorrectly fit the doors, which could be the problem with some reviewers saying they feel "flimsy". One reviewer said the doors flap about in the wind and bang against the wall. Well, they can move about in the wind, although ours do not hit the wall, but to put a stop to them moving about, we just put a large elastic band around the doors at the bottom and then move it up to the centre of the doors. Once there, they're gently held against the lines at the very top of the WallFix, but I do agree for the money, something could be supplied by Brabantia to stop this, but its a small criticism. So, in short, it keeps the Wallfix unit and the lines clean and dry (the rain doesn't get in at all once closed) its very easy to open and close and it looks great. Everyone who sees for the first time ask what it is, and are amazed when you open the doors and extend the WallFix. One other point; we also now keep 30+ pegs attached to the inner lines and the unit still closes perfectly. Highly recommended.UPDATE.. 20/4/18Three years on, this cover is as good as the day I installed it. It had kept the lines clean and tidy and being able to keep the pegs on the lines when the cover is closed is a real bonus, albeit you do have to align them around the lines a bit, but doesn't take long.

Looks really neat and tidy.
I give this protective wall box 5* because it looks so good and neatly protects and covers the clothes line. It operates pretty easily too. And those are the main reasons I purchased it.It only gets lower marks under other headings because it is made from slightly flimsy metal and I do consider it to be a bit expensive. Time will tell whether it was a good purchase or not but at the moment I am very pleased with the way it tidies up the clothes line.I will also add that it was very easy to fit over the dryer which had been fitted prior to this purchase.

Worth the expense
Although the encasement costs nearly as much as the washing line, it's worth investing in as it offers good protection, keeping it clean and undamaged and is very neat, particularly important if space is limited. Let's face it, washing lines aren't attractive!

Ok but not very solid and durable, overpriced
I got this after the rivets went on the original cover and I have to say it’s a better option than the canvas thing which is loose and kicks about a lot.On the up side, you can lose it, it’s easy to install and it looks kinda cool and tidy in a small spaceOn the down side, it’s very overpriced, damages easily (mine had dents on arrival and more since being in use) is made of light weight aluminium, and can be quite tricky and fiddly to close.Overall, I like it a lot and it is much better than the standard canvas cover but I feel it’s not really great value, not terribly durable and I can’t see it lasting as long as the washing line.
