I was mixed whether to give this 3 or 4 stars because I can't say that I noticed any real improvement. It may be the diet that I already have, or it may be that I'm always so sleep deprived that I couldn't tell it was making a difference, but there was no obvious improvements for any aspect of my health. I gave it 4 stars because I don't think it was because the quality is poor. It is probably just me. It definitely could work for you though. However, unless you don't eat any vegetables at all, I wouldn't expect any miracles. It is probably a benefit that increases over time, and you will slowly notice a difference. I used it for several months, and it never became obvious enough for me to note a difference.

I really love this super greens powder. Tastes good on its own and is a wonderful addition to my protein powder. I feel much better when I drink it each day - gives me energy - helps my GI system etc. The company also values its customers and I really appreciate that. Highly recommend!

The taste is not good but I do feel like it helps with my gut health and is a convenient way to get in all the vitamins and minerals.

Quality product and really gives my digestive system a nice kick start to the day

I add this to my family's daily smoothies and it taste good.

The taste is very good compared to others and in general prodives additional things that your body needs. I havent seen any side effects.
