Skinny Noodles Low Carb, Gluten-Free Shirataki Ramen with Organic Miso Soup Base, 7-Ounce, 12-Count

These noodles are tasteless and rubbery. The ramen flavor packets do not taste good either making it all that much more worse. These also don't hold sauce very well so using them by themselves is an experience I don't care for.If you want Shirataki noodles try buying Skinny Noodles fettuccine noodles and mixing them with 1/2 low carb fettuccine noodles. Tastes much better and is really low card low calories. As an extra tasty tip, while the low carb noodles cook thoroughly rinse the Shirataki noodle in the strainer and then pour the low carb noodle water and noodles into said strainer. This will heat the noodle and provide a bit more starchy goodness to them.

For the first time in years, I've been able to enjoy ramen noodles! had to go gluten free because of pain and inability to digest gluten. But I really missed having ramen. I found this and it was delicious! Only thing I did differently, I used chicken broth to prepare rather than the Miso packet provided. Other than than, the ease of preparation was the same, loved being able to eat noodles again!

Very dissappointed. The texture and smell is that of a rubber band. I wish I could exchange this.

These noodles are the perfect alternative for anyone who wants/needs a low-carb and gluten-free diet. I love how easy it is to whip up a quick and delicious dinner for the whole family, including my 2-year-old daughter, who can be a picky eater at times. I've tried two different recipes so far, ramen and chow mein, and the noodles work great in both. I add protein (boiled egg for the ramen and chicken for the chow mein) and whatever veggies I have in the fridge. I highly recommend it!

Great gluten free, low fat ramen - tastes a lot better than expected and super easy to make. Good tasting miso broth. Great option for those like me trying to lose weight and living with dietary restrictions. Will definitely order again.

These are better than I expected because I did not follow the directions, but I instead went on YouTube and watched a video on how to prepare them.

Nope - they don't digest.
