SUPER SHARP AND SLICES BEAUTIFULLY
This is an 8” iHomeer chef knife that I got after realizing how much better high carbon blades were than a lot of the typical knives on the market at this price range. It’s nice that you don’t have to pay Will. Son. prices for great blades. (I took close up photos so you can see the details. Let me know if you find this helpful.)It comes with a nice presentation/storage box with dense foam. The pakka wood handle is gorgeous with the rich graining. It’s very comfortable in the hand and feels well balanced. I recommend washing and drying immediately after using to preserve the beauty of the wood. I don’t recommend putting it in the dishwasher. It cuts like butter through meat and tomatoes and is an incredible difference over my knives that I own which I sharpen on a regular basis and thought were sharp. Unfortunately everything in my knife drawer now seems pretty pathetic in comparison. My only wish is that it would be nice to have a variety of knives in this brand available for purchase as a set.

Blade as sharp as the looks
To start off with this is a really good looking knife.. The wood grain and color used for the handle really make it look nice. It comes super sharp and ready to use.. and the edge has held up to some good abuse. I have another more expensive knife that I've owned for years now but I received this one as a gift and I don't use anything else anymore. High quality for the price point.

Worth the $8.
For $8, this knife was will work it's money. Very sharp out of the box. Finish of the blade looks decent with no noticeable defects. Hopefully it helps an edge well and is easy to sharpen, but $8 it's worth it.

Very good!
A little bigger than I had anticipated, but that's okay! Be very careful though, since it's very sharp. DO NOT try to hold and cut things in your hands, I did that the first night and cut myself 10 different places. Elegant packaging and case, feels like I was receiving a medal or a wand lol, all in all very much worth it

You get what you pay for
Pick it up and it feels like an $8 knife. It takes a nice edge, but won’t keep it. Nigh useless for anything denser than herbs or shallots.

You get what you pay for...
I was really excited to find such a great knife at such a low price. However after just a few months of use and proper care the wood handle has split. So disappointed.
