That means we get a good nights' sleep
This mattress pad has saved us so much frustration. We realize that the pad we have had for the last year that we have had our king size bed was probably too small. This one is of adequate size that it holds the sheets in place. That means we get a good nights' sleep. Heaven!

Overall a good
I ordered this a few months back and while it is very soft and padded, it is a PAIN to get on. Literally have to put the straps almost in middle of bed then put sheets on. I ordered right size but I wish they would make them just a bit bigger. Overall a good buy

Love this waterbed mattress cover. Its GREAT!! Fits at corners and a nice thinkness!!If ever in need of another one I WILL reorder from this company. Thank you so muchand it even came earlier then expected. GREAT company to deal with!!

Poor value for cost
Didn't stay on the bed all that well. Slipped right off every night and had to remake the bed. Also didn't protect me from the temperature of the bed. Probably less than 1/4 inch thick. Got a 1/2 inch foam pad at Walmart, same price, a bit short but keep the sheets from slipping and doesn't slip off the bed.

The mattress protector does fit the mattress well. The elastic straps are disappointing.
The mattress protector fits the bed fine. I was hoping it would have pockets on the corners to hold it to the mattress, the elastic straps alow the mattress pad to slide around.

Customer Service is Bad
I ordered a king size and received a queen size clearly marked. I contacted them and received an immediate reply apologizing for their error. I explained that I had also purchased satin sheets from another company and couldn't put them on my bed until I had the correct sized mattress cover and would they please rush the correct size to me, since this wasn't my fault. It still took over 2 1/2 weeks until I got the correct size. I would not recommend this company.
