Wow
Wow arrived last night. Put in my trainers to take dog for a walk, which as been a painful experience the last few weeks, but omg I walked practically pain free, so impressed I have ordered more so I don't have to keep changing them to my other shoes an so excited to enjoying my walks again.

Uncomfortable for me
I bought these to replace the insoles in my golf shoes. Upon opening the quality seemed very good, after fitting tho initially I found them to be extremely uncomfortable, and unfortunately this continued to be the case. I wore them for 6 rounds of golf which is about 6 miles per round, I thought they would mold and bed in a bit, they didn't, the following morning after each round I woke with pain in my feet something I never normally suffer from. After considering why this was happening I figured out that the arch support was just set too fat back for my feet thus pushing back in the wrong place. I have since purchased an insole made by grangers and it suits my feet perfectly, I get support without any discomfort, they took a couple of walks to bed in but for me personally are a lot more comfortable. My partner wears the pro fits in all her shoes and they work for her so I guess what works for one doesn't work for everybody

Convinced me to buy better footwear
Bought to support foot arch, but only used once. Felt like I needed a bigger shoe, so bought shoes with better support instead.Nothing actually wrong with the product, works for some, but not for me.

One product, two miracles!
Having shamelessly based my online shopping on the reviews of others for years, without once having reviewed anything in return, this is the product that’s forced me to break my silence!Started to suffer plantar fasciitis in 2017. Fellow sufferers will know that this makes the base of the heel feel like it’s been repeatedly whacked by an angry gorilla with a meat tenderiser. Standing and walking becomes a trial. Running and other impact exercises become impossible. A nurse friend of mine confidently advised me that it was a self-limiting affliction that would clear up on its own within 9 months. 15 months later, with no improvement in sight, it was time to act.Bought these insoles for a little over a fiver without any great hope of success. After all, surely something as simple as a five pound insole couldn’t give me my life back? Day one, I figured I was right to be sceptical. The insole was like a golf ball under the afflicted arch, and I hobbled painfully most of the day. By day 3, things were tolerable. By two weeks I was putting my foot on the floor in the morning with no pain. Less than a month in and the plantar fasciitis was gone. Completely.Fast forward to 2019 and I start training for a half marathon (going out every two or three days for short run, for the first time since the plantar fasciitis kicked in). Within a fortnight I’m having such bad pain in my lower calves that I’m about to pack it in (I’m literally hobble-running with calves in spasm after about 3k). Then the thought occurs that I should chuck the insoles in to my trainers and see what happens. The first time with them in, I run a hilly 7k with no problems and no pain whatsoever.A couple of practical points. I’ve used both this ‘sport’ version and the standard version which is a 50% more expensive. I prefer this one. The arch support is slightly but noticeably firmer (which won’t suit everyone). I’m a size 9, which is a bit between sizes, but I go for a ‘large’ as since I’ve been wearing these insoles I tend to buy shoes a half size bigger to accommodate the insole (which is always bulkier than the one in the shoe it will replace). Finally, cutting to size is a breeze. Simply take out the insole that came in the shoe and use it as a template: draw round it onto the base of the new insole, then cut out the new insole for an accurate fit first time. This has been a genuinely life-changing product. The best money I’ve ever spent.
