The media could not be loaded.  Handy can app first time after buying that I had an agitated pore...so I cleared it as you can see. Would have been 5/5 if all tools has a flat spot in middle of handles for better control

It is advertised, I guess. Not easy to use and all the tools seem like waste of space. I used it once and been in drawer ever since. That’s why I only gave 4 bar’s because I think that’s what most people will do. Buy it and be let down.

Worked great for a while then the camera just quit working.

Absolutely love it took some time to get used to the depth and camera angling but well worth it I didn't know anything like this existed but not I won't clean out my ears another way

Really liked this product at first. It worked really well and the quality of the video was great and the app was easy to use. However I only used it twice before it stopped working. It will no longer hold a charge. Frustrating that when we needed it, we could not use.

Easy to clean easy to use very comfortable love that it comes with extra tips so you can get multiple uses out of it I love the fact that you can hook it up to your Wi-Fi and watch yourself as you're cleaning out your ears to make sure you don't go too far and you can make sure you get it all and trust me I have a lot of problems with ear wax build up in this I have tried everything there is out there to try and this is by far the best if you have not given this to try yet please please do the price was extremely affordable and it comes with a bunch of different extensions and tools to help you clean your ears best product I've ever bought

I’m obsessed with cleaning my ears and thankfully to the other reviews I now know I’m not alone. This is my favorite variation of an “wax remover war camera”. This camera quality is excellent. If your camera quality isn’t great, try wiping off the tool where the light is, this solved my issue. I’ve never had the silicone piece come close to falling off. The silicone is comfortable and easy to replace. The charge time is decent but I have noticed it no longer gets to a full 100% charge anymore. Would quickly repurchase.

It does show u everything but if you put it down the ear to far it will hurt so no scrapping down really low

Sticking anything into your ear that wasn't your finger was always advised against - even q-tips. Now with this little camera you can do just that in relative safety. You can still hurt yourself if you're not careful especially with the included tools but exercise caution and you should be okay.The app install was straight forward and simple to use. It does however ask for location and storage access permission on your phone - why is the question.The picture from the camera is small but provides sharp detail. If using on yourself it does take time to get used to manipulating the tip in the direction you want it to go and this is where using the soft tip is important. There's no way to use a separate tool and the camera at the same time - not enough room. These extra tools should be used very carefully or with the aid of someone helping.It does what it supposed to do and it was fascinating to peer inside your own ear canal but it's not something I'd do on a regular basis - ymmv.

This product is a great idea! In Canada, having your ears cleaned is now a paid service and no longer covered by our health care system. So, when I saw this, I couldn't wait to try it. I live in a noisy, busy part of the city with way too many dogs and restaurants near by. I tend to sleep with foam ear plugs in my ear. They work efficiently but also tend to work wax down into your ear canal. I generally have used murine to clean my ears, but thought this would be even better. The kit comes with an app that works wtih most smartphones. It has a pen like device that has a camera and light at one end and also has a scooping tip attached. Once you've connected your phone to the device, you can see the interior of your ear as you move the camera /scoop tip into your ear. The idea being that you can see the wax and gently excavate it using the scoop. Perhaps my ears are just really clean, but I didn't really see any wax at all. It camera does provide a good picture, but for my part, I only saw a lot of hair that needs to be removed. The kit comes with a charging cable for the device and a set of tools, presumably to help with the operation of cleaning. But as they all seemed to be constructed from some sort of metal, I would be leery about poking around your ear drum with any of them, unless you've become really good at this operation. I would also suggest caution in general, as even though the attached scooping tip is a soft pliable plastic, anything can perforate your ear drum if you're not careful. Recommended.

The scoop on the camera obstructs the view so you can't see anything

To be honest I wasn't expecting the image quality to be that great but it surpassed my expectations, the image was very clear and with the six LEDs it makes viewing easy.Setup was simple and once up and running the app is pretty basic making it user friendly. You use the app to access the camera where you can take pictures and videos (turn on/off the LED lights too), there's also a "File Report" and "User Level" option that I haven't figured out what they do.It charges via 5V USB-C and comes with a couple of tools in a travel pouch and a few additional scoop covers. It would have been nice if it included a travel pouch or a cap to cover the camera part when not in use.It works best/safest as a two person job when using the scoop and/or the tools.
