The same story again, I'm afraid to say. The hat is near useless as it comes. Too shallow to stay on my daughters head for more than three seconds, with no strap or anything to secure it on. I can understand that a chin strap might be deemed a hazard, but an internal tightening strap would be useful. The screwdriver did come apart too, BUT... i glued a strap (Okay, a ribbon) onto the hat myself - job done. And she refused to let me glue the screwdriver back together. That being said, for the price i paid, i have a very happy little girl on my hands now. The rest of the kit is quite good - theres quite a lot there for the money you pay, and she loves the belt. so if you're willing to stick a bit of string or something onto the hat, it's quite a nice little kit. My daughter has happily spent two hours building a rocket out of boxes, and i got some peace.

I totally expected this, but it's very cheap feeling and tacky. As mentioned, expected for the price. I'm sure a few hours of fun will be had from it though. The tools come in a plastic net bag. The belt is plastic and very stiff and the tools are plastic and pretty low quality too. I couldn't find any burrs or sharp edges on any of the tools or belt I received so I'm happy it's safe to be played with. Fun will be had with it though and that's the main thing. I guess from the perspective of fun to value, it's a bargain :)

My grandson loves it, so does my granddaughter, I attached some shearing elastic to the hat in order for it to stay on the heads, good value for money

Value for money, bought for a toddler fancy dress party. Hat is massive but has holes to look elastic or ribbon through. Tools and tool belt good but belt hard to adjust and seems to only work for 1 size.

There are loads of similar products to this, this is not a good one. Although my son loves the tools, frankly its not very good. The screwdriver head 'fell out' within the first 20mins of play, the hat has no support at all, so consistently falls off and the adjustable wrench was substituted with a spanner which doesn't fit well in the belt! Seriously even for the low price I wouldn't bother, you'll probably find better constructed toys in the pound shop....

Very poor quality, like something you would pick up in a pound shop. I'm sure my daughter will like it but I don't think it will last past the Christmas period and I don't think it's worth the money.

Kids seemed to enjoy it. Bob the builder got nothing on them. Would recommend for any small builder

cheap cheerful and my little nephew loved it.Was intended as one of a few little gifts to compliment the "main" gift for his birthday, but he ended up walking around with the belt and hat on all day! The little toy tools are simple look the part and with no sharp points or detachable little parts its great!
