Worked great on my husband's back when he has knots from sleeping wrong. Heat feature is awesome Super easy to use. And great pain relief, I've used it on my hip as well, as my PT used old school kind on my hip. Great item for the value of money. Battery life is very long as well!

The machine works as intended. Instructions could use thorough wording but I understood most of what was intended. The heat and suction feels great against my muscles.

After reading the instructions thoroughly, I think a major flaw in this design is that the initial suction strength does not start at a level 1. It is too strong. To weaken the strength of suction, you click the button incrementally higher to get back to 1! Awful! On initial setting my flesh was sucked the whole way into the cup where the heat was right up against my flesh. If left a mark. I am not overweight at 5'10", 160 pounds. And I am educated and can follow instructions. This thing was painful. I thought I got a bad one perhaps, but I hated it enough to not replace it to get again. I got silicone cups instead and love them. Also, I got my husband to try it to make sure it wasn't just me being a wimp. He also read, tried it, read again, tried it. It's a strong no from him too. Perhaps it's a quality control issue and ours was too strong? Don't know and not going to try again.

Unfortunately it wouldn't charge, so I returned...Didn't repurchase, it's an omen, of things to come...😱🤣

These little guys really pack a punch. I was recommend these by a friend and they did not disappoint. The features of red light therapy and heat are amazing, suction great, and for the price definitely worth it! Recommend setting 1 and heat 2 starting off. After the first day my back pain feels so much better.

Incredible purchase that has helped relief a lot of my lower back pain due to herniated disk. Works perfectly and exactly what I expected. The price is great for how many different setting and features they have. Would recommend for anybody who is looking for great cupping therapy.

I purchased 2 of them. One of them had a malfunction and immediately after letting the producers know, they refunded me for a new one. The other one still works fine.It has a lot of suction power so you have to be somehow careful to make sure that the skin doesn’t get in touch with the heat source.They are sensitive about their products so feel confident to purchase and just follow instructions carefully.
