This is a review for the KissLiss IPX7 shaver which I purchased for under £25, from Amazon, and is in immediate response to its arrival.On unpacking you get a smart box with instructions printed on the bottom of the box. Inside are the shaver, protective cover, small cleaning brush and charging USB lead (no plug).Trying it out, I can reassure any potential buyers that this is of good quality, is very quiet, and above all a close and comfortable shave.I was especially taken by the five LED indicator lights which show the battery strength, from 100% down to 20% in 20% increments.It is very comfortable to hold and was fully charged on arrival.I will edit this further and update should there be a problem or show any downsides, but initially this appears to be an excellent buy at a very low price.Note: I have now had this item for three weeks and used it throughout, but not daily.It remains fully charged and working admirably. I took note of what people have said regarding the weak joint and clip to open it, so I take great care when I do. However, I have never had a wet shave razor, and prefer to use this model as a dry shaver, and my growth is such that not a lot of hair is cut during each shave (lucky me). I looked under the heads and there is a very very deep well, I'm assuming this is to cope with all the cream and gunk if you use it as a wet razor?So, the conclusion I make is that for me this is an ideal solution for me and my type of beard.Occasional dry shaver (once every two or three days) low hair collection and a deep well inside the head, means that I won't need to empty and clean this until three or four weeks go by?Which means, as long as I am reasonably gentle opening the head to clean, that this should last a very long time. The holding charge is incredible, it's really comfortable to hold and use, and is very efficient in giving me a close and comfortable shave. I am very pleased with this shaver. :))PS. 27 days since I got this so that's about 14-20 shaves and the battery is only now showing 80% full. Just thought you'd like to know.Note:- Ten weeks in, and this is only now, showing just 60% and no problems of any sort. Amazing!Note 2:- Almost four months since I started to use this and it remains on 60%!Note 3:- Purchased this item end of August and it is now February 2018. The battery has just gone down to 0%I reckon that one charge has lasted me almost six months. On that note I shan’t make any further added comments.It still gives a pleasant smooth dry shave and I have no problems with my skin or difficulty cleaning it etc. That has to say something for the quality of this item.

This is a really good product. Quiet operation, sleek appearance and best of all, a comfortable close shave. The battery indicator is a plus and it is nice to hold. It comes in a presentation box as you would find with en expensive perfume! Price is amazing and after 2 weeks battery is still 100%. No negatives. Easy 5 starsUpdate: now 18 weeks later, this shaver is as described above - no change. Have only recharged three times from 2 lights on battery indicator - each charge taking only about an hour. Easy 5 stars remains. Best thing I've bought this year!3 months on and still absolute 5 stars. Brilliant.

The shaver shaves good and close and the battery lasts for ages only down side is its got a really weak hinge that can snap other wise its excellent shaver.

I initially panned this as the absolute worst product ever,. However the supplier earned my respect by voluntarily refunding my full purchase cost outside of the guarantee period.which prompted me to write this new & I hope more informative version.The electro-mechanical components are excellent & as good as you'll find anywhere at anything approaching this low price & I am confident that with reasonable care will last for a very long time. However I can't quite give this a five star rating as there is a rather silly design flaw.This is in the injection molded button used to open the cutter section, If you can visualize a tiny split section molded with two retaining claws which hold the operating spring you will have the general idea. This spring is by the way minute & highly compressed in service. I suspect that the button has been molded in a rather soft polypropylene rather than ABS, or better, glass filled nylon. Mine took upon itself to close thus ejecting both button & spring. The button I found, the spring however had sprung for good.The spring BTW is not replaceable which is not good as the re - assembly would be fairly easy to do.Judging from the other reviews on here mine was an almost unknown problem however it could have been effectively prevented by the application of a small piece of sellotape over the button which would have been effective in its retention. I actually have three power shavers including a Phillishave & a Huawei.In use I'd rate the Kissliss as being marginally superior to the Phillishave with the Huawei not even @ the race, both of the better two yield a truly glassy finish when a smidgeon of gel is applied to the skin before shaving. This incidentally is the area which sorts the men from the boys between the two thanks to the Kissliss being waterproof.

This is an absolutely fantastic electric razor! For 30 years I've always wet shaved the old school way & presumed mach 3 was the best but was sick of blade prices and the non close shave plus cuts and rash etc & was always sceptical of electric razors but thought I'd try one & I couldn't be more made up with this! The charge is still on full after 5 days! It's so sleek and smart and light but most of all I've never experienced such a close shave! Like a kid in a toy shop getting my wife to stroke my face!lol but it genuinely gives me the closest and smoothest shave possible and no burn or drag! I personally find it perfection if used with king of shaves oil as just seems the perfect marriage. 100% would recommend this to anyone

Initially impressed with this shaver, but recent problems reduce this to a one star product...1) The battery soon dies off requiring a recharge every few days.2) The plastic button that holds the head down is weak and breaks easily (as others have experienced).If u buy this shaver, don't expect it to last more than 6mths.Shame, as I found it actually shaves quite well...
