I have multiple chronic illness (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Fibromyalgia, Elhers Danlos Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Restless Limb Syndrome, IBS etc) so I'm extremely susceptible to allergic reactions. As my body has degenerated to the point it now has the hallmarks of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (basically my body thinks it's allergic to everything and triggers the immune system into attacking itself constantly) I've become susceptible to extremely painful hives on my fingers and hands, which cause swelling too, as well as increased gastrointestinal issues.Unfortunately I can't get any Dr/ GP to take me seriously, as is typical for those with invisible illnesses, so I'm left trying to find effective relief on my own, which isn't easy when I'm already energy deficient and mostly live in a zombie-like state...I've tried other non drowsy antihistamines, but they don't cut the mustard, thankfully this type by this brand does actually help and is quite effective, it's the only thing that's offered decent relief from my histamine issues!I'm near the end of my pack, so am about to order more, this is an effective and affordable medication, it's the only medication I've found that offers relief without causing any side affects and is truly non drowsy! I fully recommend this product, it's helping me massively and anything that can help retain any semblance of "quality of life" is a win as far as I'm concerned.

I bought these after looking in supermarket so expensiveso bought these I'm allergic to the hair on my dog its a blue merle welsh border collieso these help also I suffer with slight hay fever .

Does what it says

These are easy to swallow and an effective way of reducing the effects of allergies and insect stings etc. Check out the instructions on the box and leaflet. I keep these in the cupboard and take them when needed. These are very reasonably priced.

It didn't work for me (allergy) and it made me drowsy. However, antihistamines are different for different people, and this doesn't mean they won't work for you. At a price which makes trying them reasonable.
