If you are tired of the “warm and fuzzies” and are hungry for real gutsy spiritual truth, if you are desperate to go beyond the political (churchified) correctness and shallow Christian living, if you really want answers and desire to GROW as a Christian, and SEE GOD’s power work through you, and grow in deeper intimacy with the Lord, you will find this book invaluable. It just clarifies the truth that we all deeply desire but are too wrapped up in the warm-and-fuzzies of our comfort zones and cultural sofas to actually be motivated enough to go for. JB gives us a good few lovingly applied warning slaps in the face in this book - a well timed wake-up call for the church globally. WE NEED MORE OF THIS KIND OF TEACHING!!!

Well what a brilliant book - have to keep picking up to re-read each chapter as thier is so much to learn. So glad i bought it.

Life changing. Been a Christian for many years. I just wished I would have read this book a long time ago. A must read if you are tired and fed up of the soft gospel message that is been preached in these days in so many churches.

Loving it! Love John Bevere he pulls no punches and makes a lot of sense. Great advice always grounded in Scripture about how to strengthen ourselves personally and corporately as sound and effective witnesses for God.

I do recommend this book if you are genuinely interested to grow in your Christian spiritual journey. It brings valuable content and confrontations required to any Christian available to be developed. It gonna help you and your brothers and sisters in the body of Christ. Beautifully written

This book is great. It’s by no means an easy read, in fact it is quite difficult, as Bevere never shies away from proclaiming the truth. I was convicted but also felt empowered in my own life through this book.
