Trixie 5659 Wooden Ladder Playground 44 × 44 × 16 cm

It is really hard to construct this as it comes without any instructions, so you have to use the photo as a guide. Comes with glue (no glue at all is good for birds). And its not even sturdy when you recreate the photo at all. The small dowel parts that are used to hold the structure together are super flimsy too.

I bought this as I have a small flat with limited space to take on another item to store. This is a good shape to tuck away on the side be hidden behind a cabinet. My birds like it but don't love it. I believe its because the set up of the play set forces them to climb all the way to the top as the swings can really be used without them bashing into the perches. The perches in the middle is hard for them to manoeuvre around from perches and the ladders connect in the middle. Overall I would probably would have gone for a more wider play set for them.

I actually enjoyed building this.Bought for Quakers to chew to be honest.It’s a shame the Center perch poles are in two sections and you have to glue them as this weakens the structure which spoils it a bit but it’s fun for the birds to climb on and they were all over it within seconds of me finishing the building. There’s was no instructions but it’s not difficult to work it out.For the price it’s a good buy for smaller birds.

Ordered for an out of cage toy. We had to glue it together in order for it to stay in place with a budgie.

Super fast delivery but all the holes for the poles are drilled incorrectly so all of the pieces twist and are breaking because of the strain - I was mislead by a very positive review which disagreed with the poor reviews noting how badly made it is - the only option is to superglue the breaking wood back together where it is cracked. Cheap in comparison to alternatives but clearly a poor replica. Would have happily sent it back for a refund if I hadn't wasted nearly an hour putting it together in the first place.

No assembly instructions so if you like a challenge its great! However once made it is sturdy and impressive looking. Swing a bit small and toys uninteresting but added my own and now ok.

My conure is on it all the time but it was a pain to assemble as no instructions came with it, it also came with glue to make it sturdy but glue cant be used in things that your parrots play in as they are alway chewing on any groves and notches and the glue could kill the birds.So its fit for purpose but be prepared for the pain in the arse build and please don't use the glue.

Not very sturdy but the Cockatiels are loving it
