Perfect for a child but not for an adult size 12 or above . Wouldn't recommend

When i bought got this item 19/9/13, i didn't even bother removing the piece of cloth covering the velcro cos i thought it was small for me but then i had a second tot, i removed it and tried it on, and lo and behold, the velcro glued very well, and very intact, beatiful. See, if there is no other reason for me to like this item, the back support is beautiful. For somebody like me who sits most of the day, this is good cos now i don't have to worry about sitting in the correct position, this belt does it whether you like it or not. It doesn't need your help. I really don't care if it makes me lose weight or not, well, it said it will, time shall tell, it's my first day today so i can't comment on that now. You know, i read a revew of someone when i was searching for tommy belts and the person said the belt keeps him warm and he's not sure if the belt does anything but he likes wearing it anyway, i couldn't stop laughing. I have a big tommy, like, not the type that bulges out on the sides, the extra bags as they call it, if i had that one, i would have probably preferred to work with it cos it will be easier to find something to smoothen it out, cos you've still got your flat tommy. With my type,you look bloated or pregnant,caused by maybe food or fiborids.Now this belt is fabulous because it pushes it albeit the upper part rather than the lower, i still don't mind.The only bad side i've seen with this item is that it only covers your upper tommy and not really the lower part but i think this has in essence made the belt more comfortable to wear around. I am thinking that if it wear to cover the whole abdomen, then one will struggle to breathe but i can breathe in this one, so long as you get your size. I am a 14 or xl but i went for xxl for some reason but he called to say he didn't have it so sent me 14 or xl and it's good. But i must warn this item seems to fold on the top a bit, which again, i don't really mind cos it's not stopping it doing its work but then again, women, here's the good news, if you wear a bra, your bra can hold unto the bits that tend to fold back,and it stays intact. well, it works for me. It is so comfortable, i wear this belt to drive, walk around the house, do everything,it's good.Very good back support that will leave you stress free as you get on with your desk work whilst sitting down. Try to get your size right as i don't think refund is accepted for this item from all indications.

I am using this on daily basis , during my 5 km walk, workout and even walking around home.I use it for 2 hrs max in one go and it makes a sweat well. Easy to wash. i have waist of 45 inch (big waist i know) and 50 inch belt is more than enough. i could have ordered a smaller size but it doesn't matter , it can adjust any size.very good support to back. being big having back support during walks or workout helps a lot.help me during back pain too. sitting at couch or work desk wearing this belt helps too.

The belt does indeed what is promises - you feel the heat and the neoprene is absorbing the sweat.BUT. How to wear the thing?There are no instructions, only this one picture and according to this the broad part with the hard segments must be used on the back whereas the narrow part is on the front. I have tried to turn the belt upside down and in all kind of different ways to let the broad part cover the belly as it is the BELLY fat that is meant to mealtime away. But because of the hard segments the belt doesn't cover the belly if you try it that way around.I contacted SlimHot to ask for advice. According to them, the belt can be worn in any way you wish, also with the broad part on the front. Just try it and you can see why this is NOT working.There is only one possible way to wear this belt, and that is with the broad part on the back. The belly is not really covered the way it should be.

I was pleasantly surprised with this the first week I had it. It provided good support and I did feel more heat directed to the mid-riff; especially during cardio.However, after one or two cold washes - as recommended on the label - I felt the elasticity wear out. A month later, it's nearly useless. If I breathe heavily, it drops off. It's also become uncomfortable and unsupportive now.That said, I did wear every day (for around 10 hours) and did see visible results. Lower abs were toned without flexing and obliques were more prominent. I also must disclose, I used it alongside intense gym sessions and carefully monitored - the quality and quantity - of my food intake.I might buy it again, because in all honesty, compared to other comparable products, it is quite cheap.

Wasn't delivered on the day specified as they said weren't in.. I made sure I was in all day! Anyway this got delivered the next day at about 7pm. As it was so late and I'd already eaten and was in bedtime mode I only tried it on, had it on for maybe 10mins and I was already sweating! And as impossible as it sounds, my waist looked slightly more in. I'm a size 14-16 and a 35" is really tight but it is definitely insensitive. I've lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks on diet and very mild exercise so I am absolutely confident that this little bad boy will definitely make some obvious visible changes! I will update in a couple of weeks

I was so excited to receive my slimHot belt especially having read the reviews. So I more or lesss put it on the day I got it. It felt snug and yes it was definitely making me sweat more. Day two I wore if out to the Shopping centre where I know I'd be walking a lot. Anyway by about 4 hours I felt an itching sensation develop. Later when I got home, when I took the belt off I could see i was developing a rash. I haven't dare put it back on again as the rash is still very red and itchy (a day later) even lashings of aloe Vera gel aren't helping. I have tried to contact SlimHot directly but the email keeps bouncing so I have no way of speaking to them. I'm very disappointed as I'm left with a red hot belly and back because of an angry rash. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but the reason for my low rating of the product is the lack of any customer care! So just be aware you may be someone who may have an allergic reaction to the neoprene. I think I'll just get on the rowing machine to sweat the old fashioned way!
