I really like this laptop. I have Norton's security and i use the update apps and programs. It runs great now since everything is updated and all the junk has been removed. The fact that it has Microsoft 360 makes it even better so i can type files and print. Its small but for the price and updating all the software apps to the latest versions, i got a great deal! It also has touch screen, touch pad or a mouse. The copilot from Microsoft is force on you so i guess it's time i learn AI. It has it's pro's & con's. Microsoft has the routine actions of messing with your emails accounts, telling you that suspicious activity was noted on your account. I am a retired electronic engineer and i have so much security that it's impossible to Get into my systems.

The first unit I received did not completely boot up. I put in a request to replace and had the replacement in a couple of days. It has worked great. Battery life is reasonable for a used machine. Physically, it was clean, the screen works and has no scratches. I came with Windows 10, but comes with an option to update to Windows 11.

Very disappointed, I placed the order by February 14, got the computer with a broken screen, contact seller, got a request to send it back, got a second computer with a very strong fan noise and a battery almost dead ( 1.5hrs expected working time ), I did get in touch with the seller one more time on Mar 5, and yesterday I got the request to send this second computer back for a replacement or a refund.So after almost a month on this process I am not feeling that if they send a third computer, it will work as expected, plus for this whole process if they finally send a third working usable computer it will already be more than a month since I did the purchase. I was expecting to have it in just 8 days from the purchase date back on February 14.I will not purchase any more items from this seller and I do not see myself sending back this computer and wait another 1 or 2 weeks more to get another damaged computer. The refund will not compensate for my waiting time and frustration with this purchase.Besides that, as shown on other reviews, the description of the laptop is mentioning that the computer is coming with Microsoft Office, not true, as the laptop comes with Libre Office, and after asking about this issue they say that I can download Microsoft Office front Internet, so this description is misleading.I will take the laptop to a local shop to have the Fan and battery fixed.

Faster than my Surface -pro 7, which has a I 7 CPU processor, The purchased unit also has a HUUUUUGE capacity for storage as well as more than enough ramm to zip thru many tasks at once.The unit is a refurb from a company in MD, which sells thru Amazon, and I will buy from these guys again, and if I did not know that it was sold as a refurb, I would have assumed it was brand new, no blemishes, no marks, the unit was throughly cleaned, started right away. It is a Dell product, it delivers, light, has all the tools needed for a mid/high work, gaing included, all for under $350.00

Used laptop with CAC reader. Light, fast, portable and easily rechargeable. Had notation of a SIM card slot but there is a nuance to this as the tray itself is not present (only a blank holder) nor was there a WWAN module. So, in reality it was not able to use LTE. Really more of my fault for misreading. Excellent condition overall.

I just received my renewed laptop yesterday, and I'm so impressed with it. It looks brand new, and it's functioning perfectly. I bought it because it has Windows 11, which is a big bonus. I love that it's very lightweight also. I plan to use it as my backup computer for traveling, etc., and I am very pleased with its quality and performance. What a great bargain!!!

I am beyond pleased with the quality of the product , and how it performs. I wanted to upgrade from my little HP stream that was doing "okay". Talked to a buddy of mine who said Dell precision and Latitudes are great laptops , man he wasn't wrong. 16 GB RAM , terabyte SSD with a decent CPU? awesome. It's really quiet too. The size is pretty small , which I wanted as well. Would recommend this laptop , especially with what this package is being sold at. And it arrived a day early? That deserves a 5 start review , I can't believe I was gonna drop around $800 dollars on a Razer laptop , glad I didn't.
