Easy to dispense, good quality and long lasting, still being used

UNDERPOWERED
Convenient - but not as effective as the descriptions suggest. Although it is well finished and attractive in appearance it suffers from a lack of power. I don't know why in this technologically accomplished age we now live in it is so difficult to make a battery operated motor equal to the relative modest demands made of it. The motor in this grinder is obviously struggling to accomplish its relatively modest task. It does the job, but only just - and even then comes to a halt when it finds a peppercorn that it doesn't like.

Excellent coffee grinder
Excellent coffee grinder, not too noisy. Yet when it comes to grinding small quantities of spices, it doesn't perform very well. For example when I grind a teaspoon of coriander seeds and a few peppercorns, the grinder only crushes them, it doesn't turn them into a powder even after a minute of grinding. I guess it is meant to grind larger quantities of spices.

Elegant and Functional Electric Salt & Pepper Mill
This electric salt and pepper mill is tall, really classy looking, and oozes quality. I could tell it was quite expensive just by looking at itIt features multiple levels of coarseness for both salt and pepper, and you can fine-tune for your own tastes and for the dishes you have cooked. The only slight downside is that the grinder requires 6 AAA batteries, so do be aware of that. Otherwise, this is perfect for me and my family's needs.

Brilliant little gadget

Good grinder
Just what I needed as arthritis takes hold of hands - a little fiddly to fill but not too bad. It grinds well and so far the batteries have not needed changing - was wondering how heavy a drain it would be on them.
