Its not rocket science. If this is your first time using this kind of product that it will take some getting used to. It works.

Works as a snore guard
I have bought snore guards very similar to this but far more costly. This has worked just as well and will order again as they do need replacing. It's just a case of trial and error with fitting, we found you need to extend your lower jaw further out than normal, this then pushes the tongue forward and stops it from dropping back to block the airway.

Amazing mouth guard
This is a little uncomfortable at first, but after a few nights it was easy and effective. It also has helped me from biting my tongue while I slept.

I have used mouth guards for years. One very expensive original one was obtained from my dentist years ago at significant expense and laborious fitting. It lasted about 6 months. Not wanting to incur the expense again, I started using over the counter mouth guards for the last several years at moderate expense. This was the most inexpensive mouthguard I have ever purchased. I have only used it about three days, but this fit is awesome! I do not know how long it will last. My initial impression is an excellent fitting device doing the job it is supposed to do.
