Lights up easily when getting into car at nite.

A family member of ours, who lives alone, was getting concerned about some people who kept trespassing on his property and messing with his stuff, so we got these dummy cameras to put up on his house and put up some "Cameras in use" signs. Since we put these up, he's not had any problems and they also have helped with shining light whenever he gets home after dark, helping him see better to get into his house. A win-win situation. They were very easy to install and work great off solar power.

We ordered these in areas on our large property where our internet connection would not reach and unable to use our Ring Cameras. The first set of cameras (we ordered 4x) worked very well for a couple of months and then 3x of them stopped working altogether. We reached out to customer service via the Amazon app and immediately got a response and a new set of cameras were sent out without question. The new set of cameras work very well. The motion detector light comes on and is surprisingly bright. We hope this helps to deter critters and pedestrians alike. Wincy from Customer Service was great and will definitely buy again should the need arise. Impressed by the Customer Service and accessibility.

This light worked great and it is very brite!

Heavy, solid looking units, but that’s another deception. One of two never had working lights or battery, the other only worked until the initial battery charge failed. The solar panels appear to be there only for show.The antenna on the temporarily working unit loosened and flopped down during install. I had to take it down and glue it into a realistic position as there was no way to tighten it without tearing apart the unit and glueing it back together. The lights never powered back on after reinstall.The unit still works as a dummy camera, it looks like a camera, only one that has no lights and can’t be seen at night. In truth, it really does look like a dummy camera without the lights. Perhaps it might give a dumb thief pause… or not.
