It’s comfortable and easy to wear.I use it as a gentle chest binding aid.It compresses me enough rather than a full boob binder for daily use. Much easier in this heat and I forget I’m wearing it.I have one in black and one is white for the lighter shirts.I wear size large vest (L) I’m a 18/20 Uk ladies size. XL is too big too act as a chest binder as it fits like a top would which defeats the point of binding.Overall a good option.

Bought this because I was going to a wedding and my belly was showing a bit to much. Not sure if it made my belly look any smaller or flat but it definitely killed my appetite, as I only had starters at the wedding and couldn't eat any of the mains or dessert. So am not sure of this product.

Doesn’t do much of anything unless you double up I guess. Most annoying aspect is the constant lifting of the vest.

Comfortable vest but not exactly doing what I bought it for. I'm a 46" chest with a 34" waist and bought an XL vest to help pull my gut in, probably should have bought a smaller size to see if it helps.

This will only pull you in if you have softer skin like moobs but if you’re belly is firm doesn’t really pull you in

I ordered this compression vest as a back up and it really let me down. I wore it a couple of times. First of all it caused an uneasiness. It does provide warmth and fits as expected but it's not comfortable at all. It also doesn't compress your body as well as other compression vests.
