Great tablet for kids but the letdown the screen could smash
This tablet seemed and was great. One morning I looked and the screen was broken, smashed on the corner of the screen. I don't know how, all I can imagine my son dropped it on the laminate floor and on impact smashed the screen. I asked him a number of times and he said he didn't know. Now you try getting this repaired. The manufacturer can't help, I couldn't seem to find a replacement screen on eBay. A shop that would fix would charge more then it's worth. My son used this tablet for learning more then anything. Reading, phonics, spelling aps. I'm contemplating to just buy other one and hope if it's accidentally dropped as it seems regardless it was in case will the screen smash again.

Disappointing
I bought two (one pink and one orange). These protective casings are strong and attractive. The pink one worked OK though would only charge through the mini USB and not the pin socket. (You are given two alternative chargers.) However accesssing games for the children was far more clunky than the reviewers' ecstatic reviews led me to believe. An instruction booklet would have helped immensely! The orange one never charged with either charger from the outset, but my little grandson would not allow me to send it back although it never worked! He loves orange so much and can pretend he's using it. So not entirely happy I'm afraid.

Not impressed
The tablet keeps loosing wifi connection . Aslo its turning itself off often and when you turn it on you have to go through all the setting again such as settings up date and time, putting wifi password etc... I would not give even one star rating but its not letting me submit without adding atleast one star rating.

Awful. Pay a little more for a better one!
Very slow to power up. Keeps crashing on even the pre installed kids apps. My son barely entertains it because he taps on anything and it struggles to either register his touch at all or it's slow as hell to load anything up. I deleted everything that was pre installed (which was way too much as it takes up all of the storage space) and now it kinda works for YouTube and amazon prime but it's still slow. NETFLIX DOESN'T WORK ON THIS!

The case is next to useless and the tablet is far too fragile for a child. I bought 2 and unfortunately they both got broken in a short space of time which was a shame as they do have good games loaded on them and my girls where devastated when they could no longer play on them

HUGE disappointment! Bought for my 2 year old's birthday in ...
HUGE disappointment! Bought for my 2 year old's birthday in May 2017. Bought on the basis of the good rating of this product but am very disappointed. Where do I start - first of all it is too slow to respond (imagine the patience of a 2 year old!). Battery doesn't even hold for an hour! It is meant to be pretty robust but for no apparent reason (it has not been thrown or got wet) the screen looks damaged already and we haven't even had it for two months! Save the money and buy a kindle for your little one, they are super robust and battery lasts a lot longer!
