Used this on small chips and an area of my table that had gone almost white. I found using the markers first then the crayons worked best. Polishing the table afterwards blended the colour in. The crayons were powdery rather than waxy and not easy to use.

A good selection of colours but what you think might match the colour where the scratch is isn't always the case. Try on a very small area first.

Love this product, easy to use & very useful for disguising any chips & flaws to your furniture & laminate flooring. I had chips in my flooring) & used the walnut pen to cover them...worked brilliantly & also used for the grooves which had slight discolouration for when I decorated... Worked perfectly. When using... The best way to use it is to use your pen on the defected area... Wait a few seconds only & wipe over with a damp cloth... This will remove any excess so it not noticeable where you have used your pen... If left too long, you can notice where pen has been used.. Please don't let this put you off using them... Just follow my directions with a damp cloth & you will see your marks disappear. I will definitely be purchasing again. The only reason I gave four stars is that I would prefer to purchase more of the walnut pens only without having to purchase a full pack of pens which include a selection of colours I don't need. I have a full house of walnut flooring & after doing 3 rooms of grooves in my house my walnut pen has ran out... Overall amazing pens, other colours may come in handy for friends or family at some stage.

Works well on most woods and a good range of colours

I am super clumsy and have already managed scratch and chip my new engineered wood floor. So I was delighted to find this product. Worked fantastic on my medium brown wood floor (Khars oak ember). The dents and scratches were very obvious and a couple deep, but now I have to search to find them. Very pleased. I found both the pens and the filler very easy to use and the instructions straightforward. However am giving 4 stars as I wouldn't call this a total repair system. I used the lightest pen on my fairly dark floor and the match wasn't perfect but tends to meld in so completely because I have a rustic floor which is very grainy. If you have a light smooth wood surface to repair then I doubt you'd get a match and the repair would be obvious. I guess there is so many shades of brown its just not possible to match everything with just six pens. Fantastic value though if you need to repair grainy medium to dark wood.

Brilliant kit. Good colours and easy to use.

We bought this to hide some scratches on a walnut floor. The crayons worked well for deeper cuts, and the markers worked better for lighter scratches. If you look hard enough and know where to look you can still see the scratch but if you didnt then you can't see the scratch. I don't know what else you could exect!!

I have free roam indoor bunnies and they have attacked my bookshelf legs 3x! Chewed the bejeebers out of it. So I have to use a wood filler, dry it, sand it, and then use these markers to colour it back in. Once I'm done, I'm the only one who can tell that the wood was chewed. None of my guests have noticed any difference.
