Bought this handle along with the barn door track system….looks great!! It was an easy install. Wish it would’ve came with longer bolts, had to order longer ones.

Great product zero customer service
Great product but heaven help you if you need a part or need ANYTHING!! Zero customer service they must lean on Amazon because no way to get any help at all, period, nothing, nana, waste of time.

Some instructions would be nice.
First the good, it's a beautiful handle that is very sturdy. I'm very happy with how it looks. For the bad, there were no instructions, just a picture of the assembled handle pieces. The screw is very large and if you use a 1/4" bit, you will need to drive the holes very precisely. I did not. Fortunately I had a larger 1/2" bit that I used to enlarge the holes. This gave me more room to adjust and were still completely covered by the washer and plate.

Terrific product
This is a beautiful, sturdy, nicely finished and overall well made product. There was a slight glitch with the order. A quick note to Smartstandard and it was sorted out. Their customer service is as quick and courteous as their product is robust. We have a bunch of their hardware. Never found better. Well done all around.

Fabulous Large Handle
I bought this for a barn door that my son had built for me. It is large and does match the other handles in my home. It's very sturdy and it's really nice to look at. Works like a charm.

Sorpresivamente bueno
Muy bueno, ya lo instalé en una puerta corrediza que hice. La verdad no esperaba que fuera a ser de buena calidad por el precio, pero sorpresivamente salió bien, solo por un detalle de dimensiones un poco desfasada, pero es hablar de milímetros.Me hubiera gustado algo más grande, pero no encontré y creo que no hacen.
