Good, but be aware they may block DAB radio reception
Good replacement for the 35W dichroic halogen lamps (MR16 GU5.3 38-degrees beam angle) that I had been using in my kitchen. However, be aware that these lamps, apparently like most LED lamps, emit radio waves that are at, or around, the same frequency used by British DAB radio stations. I have a false ceiling with twelve of these LED lamps in my kitchen, and when I switch them on, reception on my DAB radio is blocked! So I have to use FM radio in the kitchen now. Anyway, illumination wise, these LED lamps do a good job.

Cheap to run and good colour of light
I didn't think I would need to change the transformers but with the old ones they flashed quite a lot. You need to match the transformers to suit these LED lights when moving from old quartz halogens.

A real bargain!
Very bright and nice spread of light. No buzzing no flickering, all ten work perfectly a real bargain. I find it surprising that other reviewers have had problems . Of course they need to be correctly wired and be powered by suitable LED drivers.

Flickering LEDs
Of the twenty LEDs that I purchased in August, 6 of them started to flicker at various times, very disappointing.
