I already have a heavy bag and enjoy working out with it but the speed ball has added some much needed variety to my routine. It’s much more technical that just striking and brings the need to adjust stance, footwork and change angles of striking. I’m taller than average and adjusting this is easy and then dropping it down for my heir to also use is simple. The ball itself is durable and looks good. My garage is low light but the white and red flares make visibility all good.

This is a good quality bag which seems to be lasting well after multiple sessions. The bag itself is a good size to be able to hit and slip out of the way and I would recommend it for all skill levels. Pumping up the ball is simple and once inflated the air holds well only having to be topped up after multiple sessions. The material of the bag seems to be lasting well as there are no visible marks or tears from impact and it is comfortable to hit for prolonged periods. The only downside to this bag is that the clip given to adjust the tension of the straps is made out of plastic and breaks very easily. This has not caused me too much difficulty though as I have just tied it off at the desired tension. Overall a great product that would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been let down by the poor quality plastic clip.Pros:- Comfortable to hit for long time periods- Lasts well under punishment- Good size for all abilitiesCons:- The plastic clip breaks very easily- Could do with coming with instructions on how to set it up

Really good bag came with all the hooks and attachments, it’s easy to adjust , you just need a basic football pump to inflate it

The product looks good quality leatherbut i would prefere to get 2 elastic band than strap, but thats personal preferencean option for that when we buy will be nice

Bag is great value. Problem was that it only came with 2 hooks and 2 rings. So I looked at contacting the company and even left a question hoping for a response. But nothing. So I then ordered some small carabiners to attach the ball to the cord, and to the ceiling. All in all a good purchase, but It's lost stars for not delivering all the hooks, not being able to contact the company, the extra money spent on new hooks and the 3 days lost waiting for the hooks/carabiner.Since this review, the seller has contacted me and rectified everything. Ana was very nice and professional and all has been sorted out

Although Initial ball had a faulty bladder and deflated after a few minutes, Item was replaced by seller within 4 days and new ball works well. Very fast response to resolve issue from seller.No mounting brackets for ceiling or floor, But only need to use 15kg weight to secure bottom.Inflates by standard football needle valve.

Brilliant product ,very easy to set up and loads of uses for practicing .Brilliant way to release energy whilst honing skills.10/10

After just two days of light use the inner tube punctured in those two days I must admit I did like the product so I have asked for a replacement but if the same happens I will have a refund.hopefully it is a one off and the new one will last.

Le système sangle + élastique permet de le fixer à des plafonds très hauts (avec mon plafond de 2,70m j'avais peur que le matériel fourni ne suffise pas, mais en réalité c'est amplement suffisant. Moins d'amplitude de mouvement qu'avec un système à deux élastiques (donc il ne reviendra en général pas jusqu'à vous), mais moi ça me va bien.ProTip #1 : le produit étant livré non-gonflé, assurez(*-vous d'avoir à disposition une petite pompe à aiguille, de même type que celle utilisée pour gonfler des ballons de volley / foot / rugby etc.ProTip #2 : en guise de contrepoids, un pack de bouteilles d'eau fait l'affaire

Très bon produit pour le moment, qui répond à mes attentes pour des entrainements variés. Nous verrons ce que la qualité donne au fil du temps!

Palla di buona qualità, bisogna lavorare sull elastico per trovare la miglior tensione rispetto alle specifiche necessità. Venditore sorprendente, si prodiga nel sostituire a proprie spese l'intero prodotto in seguito a foratura. Consigliatissimo

Bonjour, acheté en avril, HS en juin, utilisé une fois par semaine avec des gants 14OZ , frappe légere pour travailler coordination vitesse, donc en utilisation normale et peu fréquente, mais voila, le ballon est crevé et est inutilisable.
