Amazing. I've tried a few of the sound deading mats now and in all honesty, most of them do a good enough job. This stuff is as good as any others such as silent coat and dynamat but you get so much more for your money.Application is very easy due to it's sticky nature. In cooler weather, it is advised to use something to help make it a little sticker and more pliable, such as a hair drier or a heat gun on a low setting.I have found myself looking at what else I can use this on as I hate unwanted noise. The plans are to cover every square inch of exposed metal on the van, which although overkill and really not required.. the price of this bulk pack makes it less of an issue.I'll definitely be buying this again and would recommend it to anyone looking to add some sound proofing to their vehicle.

Low cost solution to road noise
This works well. Lot of material shipped, so can do a lot of insulation. Not so easy for an amateur to fit, but that is not the fault of the material - rather a feature of car design. I attached mine to the bonnet, used it under my footwell mats, in side pockets and just laid under a boot protector in the trunk. Overall the noise reduced, and for the money this was a good result. I have a diesel VW CC, and now I don't hear the engine or road noise as much.
